We love Major League in West Haven!! My two sons(almost 5 and 6 years old) both get their hair cut by Pete. Not only does he provide a great haircut EVERY time but he is friendly and patient with the kids. I highly recommend Major League in West Haven and Pete specifically????
WORST EXPERIENCE!
There is this guy called Peter over here. He is an absolutely worthless guy. He is moody and absolutely RUDE.
I had gone there specifically asking for this nutcase thinking that he’d do a haircut just as last time because you know, he’s familiar with what i wanted but couldn’t be more incorrect.
He cut my hair very half heartedly and didn’t bother once to what i wanted. Fade on the side was okay but he left my hair in 3 different lengths on top. When i asked him to trim again, he was like “you just asked me to trim and now again you want me to trim” as if i am paying him to get a haircut!!! He got angry and messed my hair cut!! This guy is a dog and this place has only rude people.
Each time i walk in here they just don’t wanna attend to anyone over here, they avoid conversations. This place is an ABSOLUTE Disappointment!!
They do good haircuts but pretty trash and inconsiderate customer service. I called in and asked if they had any walk-ins available they said to come on in. After getting there I noticed that there was a lot of customers waiting and I asked the barber if he had enough time for me and he ensured me he did. I waited for over an hour and then he suddenly just mentioned that he wouldn’t have time for a full haircut. If you don’t think you can do it then tell your customers from the start instead of waisting their time
Jose is my barber at major league. Tell him the cut you want and he got you. He does everything with hair and beard try him out and you won’t be disappointed guaranteed. One of the best barbers you can go to.
Pete is a reliable, professional, and talented barber who has been cutting my hair for over a year. Always happy with the result, highly recommended if you are looking one of the best haircuts in the New Haven area.
Jose provided a level of service that surpasses anyone in the industry! The service provided left me with a lasting impression. I showed him a picture and he immediate went to work at providing an experience second to none! Thanks Jose for making me look better than expected!!!! I had no appointment and this barber did everything in his power to fit me in and ensure I walked away happy!!!
