Endroit magnifique à conseiller absolument
This was our fourth stay at Maison Tranquil and each time we enjoy it more. I run Birdwatching holidays for my business (www.experiencenature.co.uk), but like to do things differently to other companies, so Maison Tranquil gives us the perfect base to do just that.
We are able to host a group in this quiet location which has a lot of interesting local wildlife around the lake, in the woodland and surrounding countryside, but we are also in easy reach of Carcassonne for some history, several vineyards for wine tasting and much more besides.
My wife Wendy cooks for the group and she really enjoys the spacious and well equipped kitchen here.
We also love that the house has so many areas to relax and we enjoy evenings on the covered patio talking through our days activities with a glass of wine and of course the heated outdoor pool is another bonus.
We already have a full group to return again in 2024 and are discussing dates for 2025, we can't get enough of Maison Tranquil and this lovely area of Southern France.

Thank you Anya and Axel for an amazing stay! We had such a wonderfully relaxing time at Maison Tranquil, truly one of the best properties we have ever had for a large group on holiday. We could have stayed at the villa forever. The setting and amenities were wonderful, the pool fantastic, kitchen amazing and there's so much to do in the local area. Thanks for helping us get the most from the trip in so many ways. We enjoyed a great tour and tasting at the beautiful Domain Gayda vineyard with an absolutely amazing set lunch menu in the stunning restaurant (loved the Viognier and Chemin de Moscou). A day out in Carcasonne of course. And so many charming days spent cooking and laughing together at Maison Tranquil. Beautiful memories to last a lifetime. We'll certainly be back.
