I'm very disappointed. I was really wanting to try this place to find a new nail salon and I loved my experience while there but what I did not like was tge follow up. I spent 60.00 on a pedicure and I waited the time the lady told me to get my nails dry and leave but when I got home my nails where all messed up. It's like the polish was older and thick in that bottle and each toe caked up and smeared in a blob. Things happen I get it....but what I don't like is I called the salon 3 times since Monday (today is wed) and I left detailed messages asking if I could just have them repolish my toes. I gave them info on how I paid, how much I paid, how much I tipped and even what time ai was there and the seat # that I sat in. THREE TIMES I LEFT MESSAGES and they can't call back and tell me they will simply repaint my nails. Well I think that's poor service. They couldn't even call back. WHY? What did I do wrong? So now I won't go back there and all they had to do was return my call!!!!! That's not good service if you want customers to come back and you have VOICEMAIL you should return calls!!!!!

Excellent. The team is amazing! Voni gives an amazing pedicure, addressing all the needs of aging feet. Including ingrown toenail’s. The previous owners; Vu and Yau have assumed management once again, making it a pleasant friendly atmosphere with excellent service

Just okay. I normally go to a different nail salon in Smyrna, but was in a pinch so I came here. I’m a little disappointed. I could have done this at home. I got the regular manicure and pedicure and it was very sloppy. I also got painfully cut on the cuticle. I won’t be returning.

On a positive, everyone was very friendly! Just wish the quality would have been better for $45. Maybe they are better at gel, but a basic manicure shouldn’t look this bad. There is polish all over the sides, and while I know my nails were short to start, the shaping was subpar and again sloppy. I’m planning to fix this when I get home.

Van, Thuy and Giao have done such an amazing job for My daughter and myself. We have really enjoyed all of them. I will be back. Thank you. I was very relaxed and stress free during my visit

Very relaxing, and peaceful. They took the time to make sure my nails were done the way I wanted. They did everything to ensure I didn't feel rushed and that it was truly a relaxing experience.

Excellent service. They have recently been bought out (3 months ago). And the atmosphere is not the same. Although you can still get with part of the original team members, and they are good. I have read a few bad reviews from this past month. i would challenge you to go back and ask for Yow(former order). she is great and her mother is phenomenal for pedicures.

I have been here a few times before with no problem. So I walk in today at 6:35p and the sign says open. The lady asked me what did I need and I simply asked for my nails to be taken off and she said we closed,we don’t have time to take off for you! Are you kidding me but you close at 7p!???? Never again will they get my money!
