I love the vibes there. They provide drinks and massages as you wait. I showed them a design I wanted. They did their best. I was impressed at first. There was one nail I complained about and asked for it to be fixed. The lady said its because it wasnt dry so it was my fault pretty much. But, actually it needed to be filed again and smoothed down in a couple places. The top coat of whatever was used started to peel off easily within an hour of me leaving. I'm super sad about it. Hoping it can be fixed because I really liked the place.

This place has great service and Dawn does an amazing job! Definitely recommend Max Nails if you're looking for a new nail place! The ladies here are awesome!

Lana, Ren, and Rose were so wonderful today! I’ve been using this salon for 6 months and have never had anything but a great experience. I took my mother here for a pedicure and manicure and was they took such wonderful care of her. She loved it. She felt pampered. I enjoyed seeing her so happy. Thank you to all!

Kevin is fantastic at Mac Nails! I ask the techs to use their artist talents and do what they want for my nails and Kevin always does an amazing job! I also highly recommend Nini for fun designs as well! Friendly staff and my nails always look good!

Checked my nails noted thinness of some of my nails and advised not to do tips until nails are healed, could do one layer of powder to help strengthen while growing out my nails, very happy that they cared to give me advice that was best for me than just going forward to put acrylic nails on thin damaged nails. So thankful will definitely go back and recommend.

The first time I went it had been recommeded by a friend. The friend gets her nails done every 2 weeks by Rose herself and so she is highly pampered. I did not go in with my friend and was ignore while the tech spoke in their native language to other techs. When i tried to start a friendly conversation, she was short and dismissive and anxious to return to her previous conversation. I felt like I was an inconvenience.

My second experience was worse. The process was rushed by Rose and the tech obviously had little experience and severly limited my choices. She also preferred the company of her coworkers. Afterward Rose began telling me what else I needed (waxing, pedi). In hindsight is was rude and an obvious milking of the customer. She waxed my brows herself without any discussion of how I wanted them done. It was rushed and more painful than I've ever experienced. The brows were red the rest of the day. Then I was rushed to the front without a second glance or friendly interaction. Very business like, cold, and I felt like a cash machine. There are many salons in Mac to choose from. Dont waste your time or money here.

I have been going to Kevin for a few months now and he never seems to fail, he always does a stunning job. My nails are always so beautiful. If I come with a design he does what I ask for, and if I ask for his own personal touch, they’re gorgeous!????

I wanted to love it. Kevin does awesome work. Him and Ren are why I booked my appointment with Mac Nails. However, I left very disappointed. I showed Kevin a photo of what I wanted a total of 3 times. First while I got my pedi done to see if he would/could do what I wanted. The second time was as I sat down to refresh his memory, and the 3rd was when he started with the WRONG color. He then said to me something about "his own interpretation". I clearly said, " but I want them to match my toes." He continued doing what he wanted. The final results being NOTHING close to what I had asked for.

The photo with the black French tip is what I wanted. The green, looking grown out and ready for a fill is what I got.
