BEWARE THE MALE NAIL TECH
I've been to this salon with my mom, quite a few times. I've had a few different services done, and while I've been moderately satisfied with the ladies work, the times I've had the male tech taking care of me, he's hurt me every time. Between cutting my cuticles and making me bleed, and drilling my nail beds raw, I've never had a good experience with him. My mom as well, when we came in for pedicures today, got her toenail cut into the skin and started bleeding. Not to mention, when it was time to pay HE OVERCHARGED US. We had two $30 pedicures and a $10 facial wax, and he charged us $75! He even kept some of the tip we wanted to go to the other worker for himself! We were so mad, we didn't even argue. We just paid and left. We will never go back.
I’ve been going to this location for about two years now. I absolutely love it here. Amazing customer service. I had a chipped nail and came in for a pedicure and she immediately fixed my nail and was so patient and very friendly. Her name is Mary. She’s terrific. Ask for her!
WOW, loved my experience lash lift and tint, face waxed and nails. all in one place just like a high-end Spa and I was treated very professionally.
They do an amazing job on lashes, I won’t go anywhere else to get them done! Absolutely love this place for all things beauty ♥️ I’ve been coming here for years and will absolutely continue to do so
Absolutely the WORST pedicure I have ever had. Paid for the Deluxe. Nothing in the water and NO BUBBLES! I told them only a little bit for the trim, and they cut them so short!!! Did NOT clean under or edges of toenails. Used the pumice stone for 6 seconds on each foot. 2 sorta warm wash cloths tossed over my feet and then they wiped the water off of the edge of the foot sink and then used it to wipe the lotion off my legs. (No foot massage either) And I didn't get my Hydrating foot masque. Definitely will not be taking my business to them ever again.
technicians are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Telling me what I can and can’t do, laughing at me after clearly upsetting me, and laughing with other clients about how “funny” it is. I ended up walking out paying for something I DIDNT want. She was so rushed and impatient with me. Will never return. Came a few years ago, received a terrible pedicure, decided to give it another chance, will not make the same mistake a third time.
Had a 10:00 appointment with a specific person for a pedicure and full set of acrylic. Did not honor my request for the person I was recommended to. Tried to push expensive treatments. Rushed through my nails, but still did not get out until 12:30. Pedicure was good but paid $45.
Update: decided to give them a second try. Again a 10:00 appointment with a specific person for an acrylic fill. It is now 10:20 and I'm still waiting. Someone else has two people working on her. Nail polish selection for non gel very limited.
