The owners were very rude, he got a little agitated with me because I told him I wanted my nails filed a certain way. Then he told me if I didn’t like my nails I could go somewhere else! Very rude!will go somewhere else when the service is more professional and friendly.
Lady was very rude she was doing my nails as If she was in a RUSH! I will not be coming back and this was my first time here. I asked can I see the nail colors and she said later. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
This is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced. Everyone employed there including the two owners are rude, mean at times, and talk about you right in front of you. I’ve experienced inconsistencies in several services performed. I have been there and witnessed other clients upset and unsatisfied with the service they just received. People have had to have their nails redone on the spot because of a poor job. And then was charged double for the redo.
The girl I typically go to, Kim, wasn’t there this morning. when I walked in all four of the employees refused to do my nails me and shook their head no to one another after speaking their own language. This all occurred before I even made it through the door; the door never closed behind me. I have been a loyal customer to Lyly for at least four years now and I’ve always tried to see Kim. But today since Kim wasn’t there not one person in the salon would do my refill. I will not return and will definitely share my experience with everyone.
I paid a lot of money to have mine and my daughter in law’s nails done , hers looks good and are staying on . But mine on the other hand look horrible and are coming off because the nail technician did not make sure the tips covered my nail and are lifting on the sides ! I’m not happy with them so I had them done Friday today is Monday they should not be coming off. So I went back and let the lady at the counter know and she straight up told me they are not lifting and they are supposed to look like this ! She said if I wanted wider nail tips I should have told the technician! Why should I have to tell her how to do my nails when she was trained to do the work ! I will not go back and I will tell anyone I know not to go there !!!!!
My sister and I came in for spa pedicures and we were not disappointed! The two nail technicians spent extra time on the massage and the hot stones. My nails were painted very well. I definitely recommend this nail salon! They also spoke to us and made us feel very welcome. I cannot say enough good things!

Extremely rude. I recently moved here from Mississippi & I was in dier need of a new nail salon. I had visited one time before & the lady's work was exceptional, so I decided to try again. This time the owner herself, LyLy, had to do them. She was unpleasant & rude. She basically threw my hands around as though she did not want to do them. She did not make me feel welcomed, her work was sloppy & when I asked her questions she ignored me. I then decided that I just wouldn't go there again. The killer part is I asked her a simple question, as I handed her my card, she answered the question with an attitude & SNATCHED my card from me. I told her how rude that was of her. She then began to wave my card in the air as she walked to the register mocking me. I was enraged and begin to tell her how rude she was for her to call herself the owner.. Needless to say, I will never give her my business again. I get my nails done faithfully every 2weeks, gel nails, and I don't mind tipping. I have never been treated so bad in a nail shop & for me to leave her shop & call my husband crying was ridiculous. My nails weren't even cute & I didn't even express that issue to her. I may only be one person but this is one person's money she'll never touch again!!
