I love my nails. Sam is amazing at his job and he is very kind through the whole process. I had picked a design that had flames and he started doing the flames and when he finished one nail we both looked at it and laughed then figured out a new and BETTER design. I’m very picky with my nails and who does my nails and he will forever be the only person touching my nails. Amazing!! ????

While this salon has GREAT prices and the end results are spot on, I didn't appreciate having to wait 2 1/2 hrs for my service ( with an appointment mind you ) while someone who seemed to be a friend of one of the girls there (could have been the owner), got right in and out within an hour for the same service I came in for (pedicure and nails). She also had an appointment, but shouldn't you finish the people who have been waiting for quite some time before jumping your personal appointment to the front of the line? Several people had been waiting and I heard some unhappy notations other than my own! I understand walk-ins could be waiting longer, but ANY person with an appointment is as important as the next and they should go in order of arrival if you're running behind.. just my personal opinion. BTW, the tech's were working their tails off trying to keep up so made the whole situation even more irritating that this couple ( husband and wife team) were treated like loyalty when they arrived and put on rush while everyone else kept waiting.
Don’t bother making an appt. You don’t get who you request and you will sit and wait. I wanted to go back and change the color because I hate the way they did my ombré. Just to change the color was going to cost another $35! On top of the $35 I just paid to get someone I didn’t make an appointment with and didn’t do it the way I had expected it to look (it was great the last time). I like consistency. They can’t deliver.
Went to get a manicure from my job interview the lady ground my fingers nails down until I almost didn't have anyfingernail left on my nail bed and it hurt to touch with the pad of my finger. Kept telling her it hurt but she kept wanting to grind on it somewhere. Finally just told her I wanted to leave. Was in tears.
Always a nice relaxing visit. I love the fact that even if you get the basic Pedi they give massages and take their time. We showed up when it was busy, but the staff took their time and didn't seemed rush.
This was my first time here and I went in right when they open right when I got off of work. A guy with glasses did my nails he was very nice and very gentle but I showed him a picture of nails I wanted but, He didn’t take his time at all he added new things to my nails that wasn’t in the picture. I told him I want medium size nails but he gave me super small nails. And at that point I couldn’t say anything. I spent $50 for my nails that I’ve been wanting to get done for weeks now and they come out to be awful. On the picture the design had thin lines.The lines he gave me on my nails were to thick half of my nails aren’t even the same size. And I asked for the shape square like the picture but it looks more like rounded.
Excellent service. The staff are always so kind and I always leave satisfied. They can be busy on the weekend afternoons, but they're worth the wait.
This lady is doing a terrible job on my feet right now. She didn’t get my cuticles, the rough patches on my heels, did not shape my toe nails correctly or evenly. She did not smooth the tip of the nail so they won’t snag. Well let’s see what happens when she polishes my toes. I’m trying not to get out of this chair right now. This is ridiculous! I’m not coming back here again
Update just left out of the salon about ten minutes ago. Results I gotta go home and reshape some of my bleeping toes
