I have been going to this place for a couple of years but this last time I had the worst customer service/ experience I have ever received. I got a gel pedicure and the same night two nails from the top layer peeled off. I was heading out of town so I did not have a chance to go back and get it fixed. Kindly Called to explain and the lady hung up on me. When I finally got to talk to someone she was too busy dealing with other she muted me and said if it’s after 4 days they can not do anything about it. This is ridiculous because I pay 40+ dollars for nails that peel off the same day. They have never treated me as a repeat customer that matters even though I had been there many times before. I work in customer service so I know this is not how you treat loyal customers. This is my first ever bad review because I try and give places the benefit of the doubt. But, after this disappointing visit and poor customer service; I will never return to this place. Save your money and your precious time and find another nail salon who takes pride in their service.
I found Katie on instagram and loved her work! She did a great job. She checked in at each step to make sure my nails were what I wanted. The salon itself is very nice and huge.

While I was in the process of getting my nails shaped, I told her I was unsure of the shape many times and she kept reassuring me saying "they're perfect". I asked to speak with a manager at the end after I paid (I hate being that person but I could not leave unsatisfied), she told me they do not issue refunds and that someone else will fix them. When the new tech started working on my nails, the lady that did my nails prior came and took a picture of my nails without my permission. The whole experience was horrible and they made me feel like I was in the wrong; apparently they do not care about their customers satisfaction or feelings. Also, while getting a pedicure, my little sister noticed a small roach crawling around at the seats across from us.

I just got a pedicure and the boy who did it spent maybe five minutes scrubbing my feet with the bar which I have been getting pedicures done well over 20 years and this is probably one of the worst and most expensive pedicure I have had. The price did not match the service. I was very disappointed. It was mediocre work.
I also did a full set and they barely want to do it right. I felt he rushed. I was in and out in 1hr and 10 minutes where it is always two hours for me to get both a full set and a pedicure. It’s too bad this place is not customer base since they think the want for this service is in high demand but I will not be a returning customer.

Today was my first time at Luxury Nails. Had an appointment with no one in particular, which is always scary. However, Pauline did not disappoint. She did an incredible job today with my ombre nails.
Definitely chose the $37 pedicure and was charged the $52 deluxe and then he pretended to not speak English and THEN he didn’t even do a nice job he barely scrubbed my feet or cut my cuticles and the paint was all out of line I could have definitely done it better myself but I thought I was paying for good service. If you go here be prepared to walk out unsatisfied in some way or another never coming back
