You can't go wrong with the ladies at Lovely Nails! I've been going for years and they have always done quality work with very friendly service. Prices are very good and I recommend calling ahead for the appointment. Everything is clean and sanitized thoroughly. Highly recommend 10/10!
Horrible place, I called if the carry NexGen they said YES. When I get there nail tech said OPI is tge same as NexGen I said I called do u have NexGen she said yes. She removed my old dip from my nails and goes to get OPI dip powder, she wanted to use OPI Nail Dip and I specifically said I wanted NexGen she said no we do not have OPI is the same, they are 2 different brands and they lie to you. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!
I was charged $25 for a gel color changed. I did my nails 2 days prior & I just needed to change the color. The most I ever paid to change the polish on my nails is $15. I was ripped off & I still ended up tipping. Being money hungry will make you lose customers.
I have been getting my nails done by Anna for about 2 years. She always does a fantastic job, is friendly and consistent. Everyone there are really nice. I highly recommend it!
Every time I try a new nail place I always regret it and this was no exception. I will say the customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating but the quality of the work was poor. This seems more like an acrylic place and I get a dip so perhaps they need more training on dip services. The color I chose did not match the sample (but I ended up liking it so no biggie). I asked if they include a manicure with the dip and was told it's an additional $10. No problem as I like a clean nail bed each set and my usual gal always does it before each dip. She did not start with the manicure and when I asked about it she says she does it AFTER the dip. That completely defeats the purpose of having clean nail beds and cuticles to prep for the dip. The tech was VERY fast and sloppy and I had powder all over me. She dipped me and left bubbles all over so they have ridges and are super wavy as you can see. Cuticles were cut and bled after the dip was done, filing was poor and they were so sharp I had to file them myself when I got home. Pedicure was fine. All in all for the price I paid I will stick with my usual gal who takes her time to ensure my nails are perfect. Oh well.
EDIT: Only 5 DAYS after service and 3 nails have broken. Poor quality work. Very disappointed.
EDIT #2: ALL OF MY NAILS HAVE BROKEN OFF. $60 AND ONLY LASTED 5 DAYS.
Brought my mom for her birthday we got pedicures and didn't get the foot massage, gel or hot towel with is included. I got a gel manicure that has already started to peel. Rushed and results not worth the price.
Over all not good execution on nails gel is peeling after 1 day. Nail polish also has bubbles probably do to a old nail polish used. nails are also Filed slanted and not straight has to fix when I got home ????????♀️
Excellent pedicure this morning. Very nice and clean salon & welcoming staff.
