Accommodating: One customer mentioned that the staff at Lee Nails was accommodating when it came to correcting a mistake on her toes.

Customers felt like they were being forced into extra treatments and/or charged more than expected. 2. Lack of knowledge or skill: Some customers expressed frustration over the lack of knowledge or skill displayed by some staff members. This includes a lack of understanding of basic nail treatments, such as acrylic, and poor execution of requested designs. 3. Inconsistent service: Comments mention inconsistency in service quality, with some customers having good experiences while others have had terrible ones. 4. Overpricing: Several comments express discontent with the prices at Lee Nails, feeling that they were overcharged for basic services. Lack of options: Some customers complained about the limited range of options available, particularly for manicures. They expected to be given a choice between a regular or no-chip manicure but were not given the option.
In conclusion, while Lee Nails has strengths in terms of speed, friendliness, and quality of pedicures, the weaknesses such as miscommunication, lack of knowledge or skill, inconsistent service, overpricing, hygiene concerns, poor customer service, poor durability of manicures, and limited options greatly overshadow these strengths. Potential customers may want to consider the numerous negative experiences shared in the comments before deciding to visit Lee Nails.

It was the worse experience I have ever had , extremely upsetting . They told me a price and when I sat down they kept on adding a bunch of things I didn’t want . When I asked if the extra treatments were mandatory they said yes . I wanted acrylic on my two big toes ( because before they had broken off my toe nails) he said okay . After every single step I kept asking “are you going to add the acrylic? “ he kept saying yes , just wait . At the end he didn’t and it looked soo ugly . When I let them know what happened they said “well he just doesn’t know “ like what ? How can you work at a NAIL SALON and not know what acrylic is ? Then as I continued to express my disappointment they just said I need to pay more . 85$ for a ugly pedicure one color , no chip , then they just brushed me off .IF you want good service DON’T EVER COME HERE !
At first they were very accommodating and took us right away. When we were seated they tried to push a no chip manicure on my mom at least 3 times and when she finally agreed they gave her a regular manicure and didn’t have the right drying equipment so it smudged and looks awful. We were told it was $12.50 but they charged $20. Well I like the manicure I received they gave me a design without asking and charged $5 extra. Tried to force me to use their ATM machine to pay in cash even though they accept credit cards. Then they didn’t like the tip amount and I had to leave more. We will NEVER go back.
Paid $85 total.. $25 for my 6 yr old daughter's pedicure which all they did was take old nail polish off and paint. For me $65 pedi French tip w regular polish which she did no chip after asking several times just regular polish. They kept insisting for services I didn't want just wanted a basic pedicure. Rushed services and no social distancing. Woke up today with pain on my toe hoping I didn't get some kind of infection...definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.
The man who did my finger nails did horrible all I asked was a simple French tip but I got my feet done they did amazing!.. I just recommend just getting your toes done here that’s it !
Overpriced. Shabby job on my nails as they didn't even last a week. They will nickle and dime u for absolutely everything and not tell u that it is an Xtra charge until you ask. My dipped manicure did not last 6 days! Do Not Go Here! Save your Money and your nails!
I really wanted to give them 5 stars because of the friendliness and speed of the service. But they told me that a no-chip mani/pedi was $60 for my daughter which I was ok with. I typically pay $40-$50. I also got the same thing.
I don't usually get any color on my nails because I do a lot of work with my hands and even no-chip peels after a while, like a few days for me. Anyway once my daughter was done, the two ladies working on me started talking really fast next thing I know I am getting paraffin for my hands and feet, it was supposed to be $10 each. Then I got French tips aka a French manicure but overall the final total came to $200. No acrylics, just basic no-chip mani/pedis. So I'll encourage anyone to keep walking past this nail shop. They also didn't want to swipe my card instead they want you to use their ATM. Don't do yourself a disservice, they are over-priced and change the price during the service! I'll find a shop that I can visit again, this one isn't it!
Everytime I come i ONLY go to Lee the owner he takes his time and does over amazing work each time!. Today was my first time getting my toes done here by one of the ladies and she did a B- job had to tell her she missed a spot on my pink toe. It got corrected fast so I'm a happy camper.
at first it went well because they sat me and my friend right away. absolutely nobody working was wearing gloves and kept switching client to client without hand washing. i asked the lady doing my nails if she can wash her hands, she had so much dirt in her nails, and she just gave me a look. the manager, at least i think it was the manager, kept walking away every 5 minutes to change the TV. they told us the total was going to be 40 before they started, then charged us 70. they didn’t give us a regular or a no chip option, and they were very rude. i have gone to so many different nail places and this had to be the worst one i have been to. the nails turned out okay but the customer service was awful and i and my friend will never be returning. a day after
