I was recommended by a friend. Bought my first wig out of pure laziness, didn't need it but wanted one. The wig stylist was extremely attentive and helpful. The prices of 80% of the wigs in the store, including lace front wigs, were very reasonably priced; many also had additional discounts. Was given tips and advice on styling, upkeep and storage of the wig. He, the stylist, also provided me the items needed to store and maintain my headdress.

It is a man that works there and he is one of the nicest man I've met to work in an establishment such as. One day I was in there and asked what is the longest length you have behind the counter but I didn't want to over spend. I was asking her questions she then turned to her "co-worker" and started talking in THEIR language. Now of course I was not taught that so she knew what she was doing. After their conversation they laughed. I found that to be VERY disrespectful AND unprofessional especially towards a loyal customer that buys things all the time I'm there. I guess I will have to start lowering my spending there.

One thing I did appreciate about this store was that they didn't limit the amount of wigs you could try on, as most beauty supplies do. I've been to places where they have signs limiting you to 3. I have never worn a wig before in my life and they let me try on 7 and let my Mom & sister try on a few as well! They even offered input as to what looks good, etc. They were really friendly and didn't rush you through the process. They have a really good selection of products and hair. I am getting braids soon so I will be paying them a visit. The only thing is, one of the wigs I tried on, I found online for a lot cheaper but a lot of their prices were still reasonable. I'd recommend this store.

You guys are high priced on some items since Covid-19 like your alcohol 1 gallon use to be $15 now its double at $30, Astringent 1 gallon was $15 now its $30, clipper guards was $15 for 5 guards now its $30 for 3 guards, almost every product they sell has went up in price. And their receipts are not readable and if you can see it you distinguished what product was paid for from the other. This is terrible business. I asked a employee why did you go up double on your prices she told me We had to go up we had no choice! Wow! Ok that's price Gouging

I've been going to this beauty supply since I was 11 & he was down the street in a tiny crowded store. If you don't have it, he will give it and at the cheapest price ever. I've gotten 80$ hair for 30 bucks all because he's use to seeing me and he knows sometimes money is tight. So Go see Choys big selection he literally has everything! Customer service is ok if you go to the right person, some are very new and don't know much so be patient

The guy who owns the place is awesome! There's always sales going on. I bought a wig 5years ago from him and it still looks the same. The guys at the register always give my kids treats. It is the best ever

This place was a great place for me but now they are terrible!! They have raised their prices since Covid-19 has started. And the receipts are not readable they don't have the company name on it or the products that you purchased just a date and price and the thats very unreadable!!!

So I like the wide selection offered here. However, the STORE CLOSES AT 8:30 and even though it is listed as closing at 9 online and google the owner or manager is not pleasant when it's 8:30 and you walk in before she could lock the door. She also tried to act like she couldn't understand me and then said there are lots of Lee stores and I likely looked at the wrong one. There was a man there also who was somewhat more pleasant and told me to just go ahead. Lucky for me I knew exactly what I needed and it was right near the register. But late buyers beware THIS STORE CLOSES AT 8:30p. I'm not sure if I'll go back considering I'm big on customer service and even if she had stopped me at the door and said they were closed in a more polite manner I'd feel better about my experience and spending money here. But that's just my two cents having been excited that there was a store open till 9 since I got off work late.
