I'm really disappointed in the diminished quality of this salon.
My mother and I have went to this salon for years. Long before they ever renovated into the size they are now. It was always spectacular.
Now, however, I'll never return after my last experience. Granted, it was the Thursday before Christmas, so I can justify a few minor downfalls, but not everything.
When you arrive, they make you put your name on a list with a time that you arrived next to it. Like it even matters. No one goes by the list or what time you arrive. They see who is sitting down in the waiting area and tell people to sit at a desk when they make eye contact with you.
I arrived, put in my name and time and ended up waiting 1 whole hour to be serviced. When I arrived, only 2 people were in front of me in the seating area. By the time my turn hit, well over 6 people were tended to before me.
When it was finally my turn, I was paired with the most unpleasant, unfriendly salon staff. She got annoyed because I asked her to trim my nails. Scoffing loudly. The vibes rolling off her from the beginning highly dampened my experience.
But I tried to brush it off.
She gave me a pedicure. One of which no longer cares for you like they once did. No stones, no intentional and caring hands for massage, no peeling of the dead skin. At this point, I'm wondering what I'm evening paying for because that's the main reason I wanted a pedi in the first place...
I put my frustrations aside.
During my mani, I tried to break her of her mood with light conversation. She was short. Uninterested. No matter. But then when I asked her to fill in one of my nails that she carelessly brushed past without taking the time to paint fully, she once again scoffed. Annoyed.
Thankfully, that was the last I had to deal with her, but that wasn't the last rude treatment I received.
I was harshly addressed by another employee when I got up to use the restroom. As if I wasn't allow to move about without permission.
No matter.
But to top the whole thing off, when it came time to pay, we were overcharged (by a completely different worker).
I did all the math. All the possibilities of how they could have possibly charged us based on their pricing on the wall. It didn't matter how many combinations I came up with, we were overcharged.
I will never be returning to this salon. This long-time customer of 10 years will be taking her service elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience. I tried to ask for a design and different styles of nails and he refused every time. Now I’m stuck with bright colored nails when I wanted neutral colors for my gender reveal. At that point should have went somewhere else. My pedicure was not even worth it he barely did anything and every time he needed me to move he just pointed and never spoke to me. Half the time I was standing around and had to ask others where he wanted me. Would not recommend. I hate paying that much for horrible service. Photos what I asked for vs. what I got.
I just moved to town and found this place...they did a GREAT job and I loved how much attention they paid to my nails!! Will definitely be making this my regular shop! ????????
Amazing atmosphere, the best massage chairs and incredibly professional and caring staff! I'm always looking for something fun and they never fail to exceed my expectations. Today is glow-in-the-dark, color changing polish...love!!!

Absolutely meticulous manicure and dip fill. I live near Boston, MA and visit family here a few times a year. This is the best nail service I have ever had.
