The place is authentic and the service is friendly! Don’t read the reviews saying that the service was bad because it’s not true at all and the crepes were also nice ! The only negative aspect is that the place start to be a bit old , chairs menus have seen better days
Nice choice of pancakes on the menu and cozy with a fireplace inside! Great with a bowl of cider after a long hike.
A pancake restaurant in La Roche. We were with 8 persons and had different pancakes. Friendly staff who gave me the details of their local honey and the tip to visit Marcourt with local products.
What a service.... 3 or 4 ladies, no hello, no smiles, very very slow. After a 20 minute wait, they finally took the order, although the café was not crowded, only to come back 10 minutes later to tell us they lost the order....
Pancakes and coffee were good, but very expensive. The whole thing took 1 hour. Topper: they only take cash, no cards. So this was an exeperience on asunday afternoon in January. What will it be when the tourist season starts full blow. There must be better service for less money in la Roche.
Pancakes were fine, the service (if you could call it service) was literally the worst service I've ever had. Pancakes thrown on table, just like the bill and she walked away before I could even pay. Employees smoke outside between customers and were grumpy because you don't you speak French.
Expensive pancakes, and quite small to boot. Taste is ok. Good cider and cosy wood fire in the centre of the place. Tske note: cash only
it was an okay place, everything went okay with service and food, only the wc were in a bad state.
