I always go to my usual salon but it was closed and I needed my acrylics taken off. I came to lavender nails and the lady who removed my acrylics was very rough during the removal and hurt my skin. She used an immense amount of force and wasn’t gentle. I have very sensitive skin so after I flinched from pain & she contained to use the same force. She hadn’t even completely removed the acrylic by the time she said she was “done”. During removing my nails she had side chatter and abruptly stopped just to talk to other workers. Very unprofessional.
I thought I was going to need to be wheeled out!! This was the most relaxing nail spa I have ever been too. My lady that did my pedicure was awesome!! She gave the best leg and foot massage!! I was afraid to walk out because of how relaxed I felt and how good my legs and feet felt. They were like noodles!! I would make a reservation because they are busy. And I can see why.....
Julie really does an excellent job on my pedicure. I really appreciate her attention to detail. I would give the salon 5 stars but whoever makes appointments never even bothers to take my name.

The technician was great. She did exactly how I asked for my nails to be done. However, when it comes to designs, not all techs can do them.
