Considering there was two people, it’s impressive they got three people down in like two hours. But the nails are definitely nice to an extent. It was done a bit messy but I’ll still go there one more time to see what I really think of them. I got a mani & pedi and they’re okay. Could be better though.
The owners are very kind, attentive and skilled. They always make me feel safe, relaxed and valued. Plus, they always give me what I want and educate me on what's best for my nails. I enjoy seeing them, but the Star of the show is their absolutely beautiful cat lol. I think half my experience is seeing her. Great atmosphere, clean and beautiful space. I'm happy to have found my spot ????

The are extremely conscientious of the health of the clients and take your temperature upon arrival which is logged with your contact information just in case there is an issue with the virus. I very much appreciate this and the fantastic barriers. It made me feel very safe and secure being there.
They are located directly across the street from Community Healthcare in Lakewood.
Very clean. Reasonably prices. Quick but good. Had a pedicure. The lady was relentless on my feet. Fixed ingrown toenail. If you are looking for a good pedicure and polish this is the place. They offer other services such as micro- blading and eyelashes. They also offer Permanent eyeliner and lip liner.
Well, I tried other nail salons, Lakewood Nais is THE BEST. I have learned my lesson. I am making an appointment.
At least I thought this:
"They are great. Will go back again and again."
But then this happened:
7/4/22: I need to share this. On 6/9/22 I had my finger and toe nails done again for a trip, on 6/12/22, by the end of the 12th, the edges if 3 of my nails were rubbed off. I always take the mood color which should, and always in the past, should last 3 or more weeks. When we got back home on 6/19, Sunday, I called the salon on Monday to have it fixed. I had an appointment for Tuesday but got very sick and I let the owner know.
He started arguing that I didn't have an undercoat done this time and that is why, not so, every time but once I had only the mood color put on my nails and for $80 it should last longer than 3 days. When I was in the shop this time I noticed that he was stressed, hurried everything, left some of my nails uneven and not filed smooth. We all have stressful days in occasion and I understand this, but...
If he wouldn't have had such a faulty memory of my previous services I would go back but now... never.
10/25/22 add on. The owner did a marvelous job prior to the incident I mentioned. Should I give them another chance?
Today- came in with my disabled mother for Mani and Pedi. They refused to have her sit in their chairs. Concerned they would damage or break. Felt very discriminated against due to her condition. Will not be coming again.
11 mo's ago -I came in for mani/ pedi and face wax. The gentleman did a good job on my pedi. Cuticle lotion not applied. But all cuticle removed. Short massage. Not so good on my mani but the lady took over and it ended well.
Very clean and spacious. Equipment was sterilized. Chairs were not torn or in bad shape.
Facial wax... No skin prep straight to applying wax. I ended up with blister or pimple of sorts after on upper lip immediately after. Did apply soothing oil after. It was ok. Not best but not worse.
Again wax room was clean and nice.
Will come back. Loved they had accessible ramp. Prices are these best I have found for the services they offer.
Nice big open room with windows that open for social distancing and masks are mandatory. It doesn't feel cramped and it's super clean. I've never seen so many gel colors, hard to choose. Nice workers.
I was so excited to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure and was extremely disappointed in the services I received. I did not feel welcomed as I came in as a new customer. There was little to no massage, I had to remind the tech to stay on track and what was done and not done. I just wanted my nails buffed, not painted and she said she didn't do that. She did end up using a buffer yet I wasn't even asking for paint! Her attitude seemed to a 'no' for everything. The water was not warm for my hands or feet. The massage was next to nothing. I felt the woman was curt and short with me. I felt so unwelcomed and even cried when I left. I was looking forward to a great new salon and I will never go back.
