I took my son to Michelle and she did the best haircut he’s ever had. My son has trouble sitting still and Michelle was able to entertain him and give him a beautiful cut. She was very kind and patient when in the past I’ve taken him to other places and they were so rude about him having trouble sitting still. Will definitely be going back!
I was trying to get a hair cut today as a new customer, I signed up and click on the face of on of three lady posted.
After 20 minutes of waiting when my randomly chosen hair dresser was not with any other customer I noticed she took her purse and thermos and left the store not saying anything to me knowing that I was waiting for her. So I left and went to my previous hairdresser in Sylvania. Do NOT go there if you don’t want to experience the same disrespect I did.
I want to preface this by saying I love the services. Shampoo with the mint and the scalp treatment are top notch and the clean neck shave are great. Now for the bad news the wait time is horrible. Very unimpressed with the lack of staffing, not being greeted, and at $22 just to start. A bit on the pricey side.
The staff at the Holland location are all so welcoming and do a fantastic job. Got a great men's fade cut on my sides. Love it !
When you call ahead to ask if they are open, drive up to them, sign says open, but there is no one inside and the door is locked, it makes for a frustrating trip.
The ladies all do a great job giving me the cut that I want, and keeping me very comfortable while they work. I always feel like a king when I leave.
Felicia was my barber, she was super polite and instead in what I desired. The hair wash (Head little hair) was great.
Michelle is horrible! She was extremely rude and completely rushed the haircut. She was acting as if I was wasting her time and even said at one point “I don’t have time for this, I have an appointment”. I don’t believe one bit that someone would book an appointment with someone as rude and inexperienced as her. She is just lazy. She cut my hair in 5 minutes and it turned out bad and way shorter than I wanted. I will never be returning here again because of this. Every other hairdresser is great but Michelle is god awful in every single way possible.
