Would have given them 6 stars if they upgrade their spa chairs. They were very uncomfortable but everything else was excellent. The owner cared more about my mail care than making a quick dollar. He told me that I was on my last layer of my nail bed and my nails needed to rest. That was such good advice because I had been getting my nails done somewhere else for 2 yrs straight and was not given this advice and it’s been 2 months and my nails still aren’t strong enough yet. Thank you so much for the care you all provided.
Mom and I went here for the first time and we will be back!!! The attention they give to make sure your nails are perfect is above any mail service I’ve ever had!
Got my nails done for my 17th! Love them but there are some dots and bubbles. Overall very nice! A little pricey.
I’ve been going here since Christmas. I am highly satisfied with my nails, and they communicate very well.
I am very disappointed in my acrylic It was all over my fingers. My nails are not even there's dents and Bubbles and them and they're not polished On the edges or the front edges...not worth $40. Some are way thicker than others:( will not go back here.
I have been going to this place since it open ....I really loved the way did my nails. But this time I wanted a different color tip than the base. But he polished whole nail....then then but the other nail color over the base color he slapped it on there...it was dry but tips looked they were wet and dripping. My husband even said how bad they looked. I came back next day asked to have them redone.... after an hour and a half...he painted them...kept asking me it that was all right and if I liked it. Out of spite...u could tell. When I first came in
I asked to tell me if thought it looked professional. He never would answer...just excuses of why the glitter didn't cover like other nail paint. I'm very angry...I was a loyal customer and a good tipper. I even tipped to fix a nail. They don't care. Just money all they want ...not customer satisfaction. They don't even deserve one star
This nail salon is one of the best I have been to! Da does such an amazing job on my pedicures and the woman that waxes eyebrows does a great job as well (i forgot to get her name). This salon makes you feel welcomed and relaxed! I will definitely be coming here as long as I live in Alabama ☺️
Very professional, great service, the staff is polite and they communicate with you while doing your nails and your pedicure
