The food was good, but the waiter didn't speak any word English. So there were difficulties and miscommunications. The food came earlier than the drinks (which usually happens the other way round). We had to remind the waiter to bring us drinks after 20 minutes of waiting because he clearly forgot about it. But overall, it's a decent restaurant with Italian food.
Came for lunch and ordered the pizza. I ordered the strawberry mojito but didn’t really like the taste. Overall we enjoyed the pizza and the view of the nice place.
I ordered pasta arrabiata at La Famiglia Dinant. It is supposed to be a little spicy but my pasta sauce was sweet as if ketchup was added to it. I have never encountered such a weird arrabiata sauce till date.
The food is extremely delicious, pizza and pasta as well.
Quality service is, on the other hand, extremely low. The waiters do not talk much, not only English, but French either. No suggestion, no guidance, no explanations... the lowest quality that we've had in a long time from a restaurant.
Staff needs a refresher on how to properly serve people.
I do not understand why the score of this restaurant is too low. I gave my score according to two pizzas which i tried. You eat next to the river so what you can expect more for a good atmosphere.
I ordered 1 fungi pizza with a coke to share among 3 people, and the service staff(the lady at the counter) made weird, as if made a mistake by ordering one pizza.
Later, the pizza was served without cutlery and the service staff didn’t hear me after calling several times. I felt completely ignored.
Careless staff as the order of coke was missed and toilet wasn’t maintained well.
Pizza anyways was not so great taste.
I will never visit here again.
Maybe the pizza wasn’t as good as in Italy but it was very tasty and the service was perfect. We came with our dogs. They were welcome and they got some water from the staff member. The view from the window was amazing!
The place is nice, staff is welcoming and nice. Food was quick and good. Solid place and you probably can’t miss much if you order pizza.
