Worst set of nails I've ever gotten super thick and the tips are not glued down right so some look like the are pointing up even though my finger is straight. And I can feel a gap between my nail bed and the acrylic nail.
The place is so run down to and the pedicure chairs don't massage. And it isn't even any cheaper than a place with nice equipment.
Got my nails done for my best friend’s wedding and they butchered my nails. They are misshaped and acrylic was put over my cuticles. Felt like they were in the rush to get me out. Too pricey for the quality. Will definitely not be returning

Four hours ago I went to go get a manicure and it now looks like this chipped and no
manicure whatsoever, keep in mind I got a GEL manicure. Horrible service, the man that attended me was too invested in smoking his cigarette and being on the phone to give proper service. And they got mad when I stated I didn’t want gel pedicure. Don’t go
I live in Los Angeles and plan my visits to the IE just so I can go into the salon. Best pedicure I've had in years! Everyone is friendly and patient -- if you're in a rush on a Saturday morning do not be pushy and expect quick service. Plan ahead!
I was extremely over charged at the front desk for the services I received. Even after leaving a generous tip for the good work each lady did. Somethings tells me this is what the business owner does all day to new clients/walkins. Considering the condition and location of the shop I literally felt robbed leaving. NO I will never be back at this nail shop and if you want fair service you shouldn't either.
They have certain prices outside, but that is not what they will charge. Extremely overpriced and wanted to charge $3 for using my card. They charged me $15 to only cut the cuticles on my nails. No nail paint, no nail cut, or anything additional. According to the lady, they don’t do regular polish. Very unprofessional & will not go again.
The lady looked me up and down before addressing me and then asked if I had an appointment. When I said no she said nothing until I asked if I needed one and she said yes. I drove out of my way to get here because I remember seeing it years ago. Now I won’t bother to make an appointment to go back.
