Pedicure & full set 105.00 with designs. Customer service was immaculate. I love the fact that the nail tech let's you know everything he's doing. His name is Lee and he is fabulous. Kathy is the manager and very friendly. Please try.
Love their services. They are cheap and last me 3 weeks. Late hours available. I call ahead and ask for availability. It's in the ghetto and crazy people like myself go there ????.
I don't recommend the eyelashes they use the plastic ones not the human hair.
They encourage you to tell them if you need something fixed. So I love that too.
Honestly the worst experience of getting my nails done. Went here on a Friday with an appointment and there was only one person working there and she rushed through everything. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and it was nothing close to what I asked for. I was left with bubbles on my toe nails which is quite noticeable and non uniform nails which you can also see the nail tip through the middle of the thick layer of acrylic that she just slapped on in a hurry. I was charged $68 for something that I was not happy about. I felt like it was a total waste of time and money.
Tony is the best!! They are quick and very responsive to your desired nail shape! They can do it all! The weekends are often busy and there is minimal seating, but you can call ahead for an appt.
Chairs have debris, didn't observed staff sanitizing each customer chair for mani and pedi after each use~IN ACTIVE DELTA VARIANT Covid TIME! Disappointed environment wise ,but the nail tech I had was great. Will not going to be a returning customer Sorry!
This establishment lacks customer service the manager Kathy does not have a honest bone in her. I called earlier during the day and spoke with the manager Kathy to see if Nancy was available to do my pedicure she informs me she is available. I get here and have to wait over an hour while others that came after me have gotten there pedicures and left. I even offered to have someone else do my pedicure and still no response. Do not waste your money here and go somewhere else where they will take better care of you and actually care about your time not being wasted.
I only started coming because my co-worker recommended it for lashes. I called first and asked for Kathy, they told me to come in, however, she wasn't there when I arrived. I waited for over twenty minutes, and when I would try to leave they would tell me to wait and they would call her. She finally arrived and started my lashes, but in between she answered the phone, took customers payments and disappeared in the back for ten minutes or so. In the end I liked my lashes and could not feel them on my eyes, so i went back for round two. Same issues as before with the addition of her sneezing into her hand and continued with putting on my lashes. (Uggghh....). I don't know if she changed glue or what but i couldn't blink without it hurting, I thought i would get use to it, but i couldn't and could not sleep. I kept calling so I could have them. removed, they said only she could remove them and didn't know when she would be in. So I just showed up at 11:30, to talk to them in person because I'm miserable and my eyes are swollen. They said she has a 12:00 appointment and wouldn't be able to remove them until 2:00. I asked if they could call her, they said, "No".
Remember they couldn't stop calling her when i wanted to get them on but they're annoyed that I want them remove. I've been waiting for over an hour and she isn't here, I don't know what happen to her appointment.
People, a place shouldn't be judged by how they are when your happy, but when you're unhappy with their service. We deserve better then this.
