My nail tech was super sweet when she did communicate with me which was very minimal. However I've never been so disappointed in the final results of having my nails done.

Probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever had, very unprofessional and sloppy work. Also I’ve had my nails for about a week and they are already lifting. I got a full set and my nails had a very bumpy and uneven finish. Not to mention she roughly filed my skin more than she did the nail. It was one of those things where you pay for it just to get out. Don’t go to this place.

I sat there 1 hour, then a female that just got there was served before me, they didn't allow appointments, when I looked at the sign in book, I was first and i showed the manage, but they served her anyway, I waisted my time, I will have to be desperate to go back to this place.

Also, my 11-year-old had her nails done. She manager got out the gel syllables and light (didn't even ask if gel was approved), and when I said ," No gel." She wanted it known to everyone in the building that it's my fault if the regular nail polish looked bad; she painted her nails so sloppy. I made her fix them. She mentioned again that gel would have looked better.

Just disgusting.

Still paid $30.00 for that awful experience that was supposed to be our girls' day out. I wouldn't even get one star but I had to pick 1.

Today I went to the salon for a regular mani and the tech started on me right away no issues. Later during my visit the owner walks up and tells me I need to get gel because it will last longer. She also proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t be her fault if my reg polish chipped. All this information was out of the blue and unwanted. The owner was not very friendly and for this I will not return. Customer Service at this location has never been great but the service provided has. If they could improved customer I would somewhat recommend until then I’ll find business elsewhere.

As soon as I walked in the manager yelled, “We closed” even though online it said 7:30 and on the window it says they close at 8. It was 7 when I walked in, I just needed a polish change. I didn’t even get the chance to tell her what I needed because she was talking over me. So, I did a google edit for their closing time so now they have an accurate closing time posted. The misleading information is a bust.

First time there today and will NEVER go back!! First off, I was told that my wait was 25 mins..which turned into an hour. Then I get in the chair and I ask to get a design on one finger/per hand..only to be told at the end of polishing, that I had to go sit and wait another 30mins to get 2 simple designs or come back the next day???? because he had to take care of other customers that came in AFTER me. I felt so humiliated!! But the sad part is..he didn't have time to do my design, but he had time to stand at the counter for my husband to get there with his card for payment?? My nails were uneven and gel polish was dried all around my cuticles. I'm Please take your hard earned money elsewhere!

I went into the nail shop to get one nail repaired and left out of there feeling very disrespected. I don't know if she was the owner but she was very rude to me and had a nasty attitude. She told me I could leave and to go back to the nail salon I had went to before.I will never give them any of my business. I didn't even stay to get my nail repaired. So unprofessional!
