My wife gets her hair cut there by Fred he does a wonderful cut and design
Didn't ask what I wanted and just proceeded to cut my hair. He was watching TV the entire time causing the haircut to take damn near 40 mins. Then charged me $40 for a fade just on the sides.
This was my first time coming into the barbershop, a friend referred me so I decided to check it out. As soon as I walked into the door I was completely ignored. The customer service is terrible. Very unwelcoming. I was finally asked to sit but there wasn’t anywhere to sit! Would not recommend.
Only Barber shop I go to and plan on going to, I'm always satisfied but sometimes its overly pack for me. Which is a awesome thing for business and revenue so I understand the wait I just come back at better down time . Recommend KUTZBYKelvin to anyone in the area that's looking for outstanding clippers and shear work also hair coloring . Each and every Barber is excellent and you can sit in any chair with confidence leaving out ready for any event . Arrived on time 30 minutes early contaasy icted Erik let him know I was outside I waited app was at ten o'clock contacted him at 1030 he wasn't ready still waited untill 1040 still no contact with him so I left at lest he could have rescheduled but no contact with him very unprofessional he could have outside and spoke to me but haven't herd from him waiting or when I asked him did he want to reschedule he said your next when he finishes the customer don't tell me to be there at ten and your not ready or come out side and talk to your customer that would show professional izm
Great barbers, they know latest styles and cuts. Very family oriented and they all get along really well. It is a pleasure coming here and service is on point.
Nice, clean, professional shop. Staff is nice and professional. All barbers are very high skilled and talented. Practice covid safety guidelines. Highly recommend.
