I been customer for almost 3 years all my family members the go there but recently customer service become very poor so disappointed in my last visit I just done my eyebrows and my nose and paid done the lady that always do my eyebrows stopped my sister said your sister took advantage of me being busy and paid only for eyebrows so poor service I come to talk to her she is like I was in India I thought you changed your service and the charge you for full face because the owner changed everything but you know what you done and what service you have provided me it’s not about owner. I spoke with owner he apologized for her not knowing English and not understanding but she clearly understood and said she took advantage of me being busy for customer who been more then 3 years and I’m not the only one in my family who go there so sad.
I definitely not recommending anybody to go there it’s not about money it’s about the don’t know how to deal with customer who been there customer for long time and turn you away literally insulting you by their words and the answer will be the don’t know English.
This is the best salon ever!! I drive 5hours from Indiana just to have my work done here, I totally recommend this place. Mashallah ????????????????????????????
Every time I go there I’m treated with nothing but respect. Every single person is so sweet and professional. Prices are extremely great considering the economical changes we’re facing. I go there for eyebrows by Zahida and went yesterday for henna. There henna stains were dark and came out so beautiful
