K nails is the only place I will go to get my nails done!! All of the staff is great but Tina is who I go to for my nails. She takes her time, makes sure every nail is perfect and is so friendly. She is a busy woman and also does eyebrows so if you don’t have patience sucks to be you, find someone else. It’s worth the wait!
This place deserves 5 stars every time. The lady who does nail art is so talented, it’s always perfect every single time. I get a pedicure about every three months and it doesn’t even chip by the time I’m ready for the next one. My nails never break, they’re always intact and perfect and I keep them for 3-4 weeks. No matter the tech, service is amazing and the nails are amazing. Sometimes there’s a little bit of a wait but it is SO worth it to wait an extra 20 minutes for perfect nails and perfect service. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but they’re all incredible.
I have been going here for a year now. The service is consistently amazing. I love my nail tech, Kim. The ladies here are hilarious and are always so helpful. I have a lovely time every time I go. Oh and the most important part: they know how to do nails and they do them WELL. I have been to other salons and I just couldn't get consistent quality. EVERYTIME i go to K nails I leave happy and my nails look amazing.
Just moved to the city and was looking for a nail place to go to. Everyone kept recommending me to K nails so I decided to come check them out. They treated me really well and I wasn’t waiting a long time. I really love my nails and I will definitely be back!
I didn't have an appointment and went on a Sunday. They were all busy so, I waited for 30 minutes, was seated for a pedicure and finished my wait in the massage chair which was super relaxing! Sheri put me to sleep with how gentle but firm she was doing my pedicure. Amy hooked me up with these super cute acrylics too! They were both very attentive and made sure everything was to my liking. I will definitely be going back!
I liked going here. What I don't like is how when you say you want acrylic nails they ask you 3 more times if you want shellac. I always tip I simply prefer acrylic nails. So my nail tech tries to convince me I had shellac on my nails. She took a cotton ball and pretended to put nail polish remover on it. She acted like the color wouldn't come off because I had shellac on. I touched the cotton ball and it was completely dry. I told her and she then put the remover on the cotton ball and magically it worked. I just thought it was very tacky that she would try to trick her customer and lie. Let me pay for what I want con artist ????
this place was amazing. such a good environment and lena (i hope that’s spelled correct) slayed my nails. one of the best sets i’ve gotten and took less than an hour. not a bump to be seen and the design is exact to the pic i showed. will definitely be coming back ????????

So I do.
I sit there idk about 3 to 5 mins. Before they start my water. That's fine.
I say the water is to cold. So she turns on the hot a little bit. Not enough to make the water lukewarm. She turns my water off and goes to another customer and starts their peti. I had to take my feet out of the water. Sat there for 30mins. Feet out of water. When that 30 min mark hit, I get up and start to put my shoes back on. Then they want to help me. That's a big no, thank you. I have waited long enough. Good thing I don't live here. Just here for work. I don't dress high class. So I feel that's the reason I was overlooked. But I did look good enough as I was leaving for them try to stop me from leaving. Lol. Just my opinion. I would never go back.
