This is the second time I came into this salon. She had her aunt helping her that day. Which she burned my ear when she was drying my hair. First of her aunt should not be messing with peoples hair since she is not an actual hairstylist. Second, the girl who did my haircut cut it all uneven and some hairs were longer and some shorter.

Third, I asked for a chocolate brown and as you can see from the pictures my hair is orange!!! I noticed it immediately but I had been at the salon since 10am and it was about to be 2pm, I was super tired and didn’t have the energy to argue about my hair. I just wanted to leave!!

Completely ruined my hair!!! As I was walking out, I just couldn’t believe Jaro had the audacity to tell me how good my hair looked??!! I paid around 250 for my hair to end up orange… AVOID this place and save your money!!

Shelsie has been doing my hair for well over a year now, shes completely transformed my hair for the best. I’m a natural brunette and she’s gotten me to (and has helped me maintain) the blonde I've always wanted. She is incredibly thorough, prioritizes the health of my hair and makes me feel so comfortable. I love Jaro’s Salon and recommend her for all your hair needs!

Jaro did my 14 year old daughter’s hair for the first time a couple of months ago and it was beautiful and still looks great 3 months later. Today I went to get my hair done and I am very pleased with the results as expected, my hair looks so healthy!

The salon was very clean, all of the staff was wearing their face masks, and my temperature was taken upon arriving. All very professional, and these were the same steps that were taken back in July when we first went.

Her prices are reasonable for the quality of her work and her experience. She went over the procedure, steps, and the pricing before starting. I have personally paid more for my hair and have not been as satisfied.

I will definitely come back in a couple of months!

Called to make a appointment for a service and was told one price and then another when i arrived, so I decided on another service and then The owner asked me if i wanted to wash and blow dry my hair (the way she said it made me believe it was included in the service) so i agreed and when it was time to pay i was charged extra i made her aware that i was not told prior it would be extra and she said she did tell me which was a lie because i would of never agreed! Do not recommend coming here its hard to trust a salon that always wants to up-sale you! Im all for supporting Hispanic owned businesses but i felt taken advantage of.

booked a hair “up do” Friday afternoon. To find out 4 days later the salon doesn’t have a stylist to do such service. I had to call to confirm too- they didn’t even call to let me know. Good thing i cancelled it BEFORE they charged half of the service cost which was $30. Luckily i found a salon in clemmons that does hairstyles for the same price.

Elkin & Vanessa did such a great job! I am so happy with the services, highly recommend to everyone! Beautiful salon as well.

I recently went in for a color, money piece, and cut and she completely transformed my hair! I love it so much! I definitely recommend Jaro and her salon.

I highly recommend Jaro’s salon. Her salon is very clean and professional. From my experience, Jaro has listened to what I request and offers what is best for my hair to avoid damage. I love that she has products available at her salon to take home, which saves me time from going to the store to get those products. Also, the products she has recommended me have helped my hair so much. Overall, very satisfied with my experience.
