I take my son here because of the toy basket while he waits and sometimes he gets a sweet afterwards! Staff friendly enough and happy to chat over hair styles (my son doesn't have a 'regular' cut yet). There is sometimes a bit of a wait if you catch them when only one of the girls are on duty. I'll definitely use again.
The haircut was alright and the chairs were very comfortable. I might come here again in a month or so.
Been here 3 times now, staff reasonably friendly but haircuts poor. Twice now I have asked specifically for the top not to be cut and they’ve done it anyway. Also charged more for a fade when I went from a grade 2 to 3 on the sides... hardly a fade! I assume it’s because fades take longer... she spent about 15 mins on me but about 40 on the person before me, I was still charged more! Plenty of other places in caversham to try anyway.
Opening hours are good, it's cheap but the quality of cuts is sometimes a bit variable. Was once there, as a foreigner, while someone cutting the hair was bemoaning foreigners in this country. Most of the people working there were are foreigners, so it was quite an uncomfortable situation.
Called to ask for information and the lady on the phone was very rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. Thanks for that I will be going elsewhere ❗
Staff friendly and very pleased with the hair cut.
English skills were not great, we had a misunderstanding and my beard was shaved off, leaving itchy stubble. I won't be going here today.
They just use a clipper with no effort to shape nicely or even listen to what you want done. £20 for beard and haircut.
I like it. Most of the barbers are excellent, but you might get the less experienced ones sometimes. Still reasonable service.
