Worst HOA in Miami / DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Please do your research first if you are thinking on moving inside this complex. You will not be safe or feel safe. Someone try to break into my apartment at midnight I filled a report with the security and police. Turns out the surveillance cameras are not there for your safety . They are there so they can fine you and receive a photo of yourself doing something against their rules.
The issue is that the elevator is always broken. Now they say it will take 2 weeks to repair. It’s a tough one for a disabled person to be out of work, Doc, groceries etc. for 2 weeks. My fear is that it may be two months. I am not sure how the ADA regulations work. They need to address this issue.

Porque es un condominio relativamente tranquilo, aparte que es un área muy linda para caminar.
Solo tiene el inconveniente que se acepta el incumplimiento de las normas de parte de Barrios Security
y mientras esto siga así, no es un lugar recomendable, porque él hace lo que quiere sin que nadie le diga nada, a pesar de las denuncias en su contra.
