The food was cold when we got it. It was all dry like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. I told the Manager at the time about my complaints. She said she would refund my money and return it to my card. I still have not seen a refund.
We actually had a reservation else where but glad we decided to come here the food is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is a vibe
So disappointing. ???? I gave them three stars just because the atmosphere was okay and the staff was friendly, but if it were for the burgers, I'd give them two stars. I tried the cheeseburger; it was soggy, and the meat felt very processed; it was like chewing rubber gum and was overcooked.
The French fries were way too salty, and I guess that they were fried for a long time or were refried. I don't know. It was an unenjoyable lunch.
I hope they do better because all of us were expecting a good place to go
You one of the busiest restaurants on the base.. there is no excuse for you not to have the most popular food item and then serve cold food, on top of losing people orders... can't believe the restaurant was still packed and no wings... we must be desperate
I wanted to like this place so bad but it just did not hit for me. First off I payed $7 for a beer. Ridiculous. The food was priced well but it does not appear to be smoked. Has to be parboiled or something like that. The Mac and cheese had way too much pepper on it. The location and restaurant are very nice though. Just don’t see my self coming back. So much potential…
Ordered a half rack of ribs and got one decent slice of ribs. All other pieces were totally dried up end pieces that do not deserve to even be placed on a plate. Totally disappointing.
The serving staff could not be blamed for putting such a disaster on a plate. So this would be my only positive.
Just had the worst food poisoning from the brisket sandwhich. Have been here before and enjoyed it but this has left a bad taste in my mouth... literally as I projectile vomited at 4:30 am.
