I made an appointment for my son at 10. We walked in, none do the barbers said anything. I approached the female barber who seemed annoyed I was trying to interact with her. She already someone else in her chair. I told her we would wait outside the front door until she was done as the inside is very small and there were a lot of people crowded in there. She never came to grab us for the appointment and grabbed another person from the lobby area and started their haircut. We waited for 45 minutes and then left. She’s extremely rude and I’d never come back here because of it.
They are more on the expensive side but I believe you get what you pay for especially with this business. They can actually do a legitimate straight razor shave and they take time with their customers and listen to them and give you a top quality haircut.
Im a bit of a picky guy when it comes to a haircut. This place is now my go to spot. And they offer beard trims as well. Can't beat it
I've been going here since I moved to Albany years ago. I like the relaxed atmosphere of the place, and I always get a great hair cut and beard trim. Plus they offer me a drink when I come in, so if I have to wait a little bit it's never a big deal. Love the hot towel and shampoo, and they lather up and shave the back of your neck with the straight razor for that extra clean look. You can even do a full wet shave! They get really busy on the weekend so plan ahead or call ahead for an appt if you can. Highly recommend.
Place was clean, comfortable, and staff was very pleasant. I left a five star but I had to come back after shower and looking in the mirror, this was a $45 haircut ($10 was just Tip so that parts on me) I have never imagined this bad of a Hair cut could be performed. Hair several different lengths, bald spots, no blending, kinda bad as imaginable I gotta say. I really liked the person and she as sweet and I am SO SO sorry to leave a bad review but wow, this is horrible standards for $35. I am gonna have to wear a hat for months before I can fix this. No way I am going back. Cannot emphasize I hate to say bad things about this place, I met owner when he first opened and he seemed awesome, but was this was bad. Far as staff that did cut it, no clue who it was and I really liked her, but ouch this is bad :( See pics.

Steve and Kayla were both nice and I got an excellent haircut..
price is ridiculous for a regular basic hair cut they rush through the session left patches and long hairs also can't even do basic line ups. this place is for old guys who pay a ridiculous price just because the hairstylist are a little less than decent looking and extra friendly for tips. spend 8$ at super cuts instead of 30$ here for the same work. if I can rate with no star I would I don't recommend this place at all.
