Quick Facts About Hairstyle

Hairstyle Place, located in Enid, Oklahoma, has received a range of feedback from customers. While some have praised the salon for their affordable prices, quick service, and good results, others have expressed complaints about the quality of service, unprofessional behavior, and inconsistency in haircuts. In order to provide a comprehensive analysis of Hairstyle Place's strengths and weaknesses, let's examine the comments in more detail.
Starting with the positive aspects, one customer mentioned that this is the only place they trust to get their hair cut. They highlighted the affordable price of $15 for a men's cut and the consistently quick service. Another customer had a similar sentiment, stating that they plan to return in the future for any further haircuts. These comments indicate that Hairstyle Place is able to offer competitive pricing and efficient service, which can be attractive to customers who have limited time and are looking for affordable options.
However, there are several negative comments that highlight some significant weaknesses. One customer shared an unpleasant experience where their son's hair was cut much shorter than requested, and despite requesting the hairdresser to stop cutting, the hairdresser continued. The customer also expressed concern about the hairdresser's treatment of their son, indicating that the child was handled roughly. This incident not only reflects poor communication and customer service skills but also raises questions about the professionalism and training of the staff at Hairstyle Place. Additionally, the hairdresser's history of problematic behavior, as acknowledged by another employee, points to a lack of proper management and oversight.
Another customer complained about disrespectful behavior from one of the stylists. The commenter's sister, who has curly hair and had products in it, was criticized for not brushing her hair beforehand. The customer questioned the professionalism of the hairstylists and expressed disappointment that they were talking about her sister to other customers. Furthermore, the customer pointed out that their sister's hair was left at different lengths, indicating a lack of attention to detail and consistency in the salon's work.
In terms of customer experience, there were two comments expressing dissatisfaction with the salon's communication and customer service. One customer deducted a star because a new hairstylist was assigned without prior consent, and the customer felt this should have been communicated beforehand. Additionally, there was a complaint about the salon closing earlier than advertised due to staffing issues. The customer felt that Hairstyle Place should have put up a notice to inform customers of the change and criticized the staff for being defensive instead of apologetic. These complaints highlight a lack of clear communication and customer-focused approach, as well as potential organizational issues within the salon.
Furthermore, there was a customer who expressed frustration after being informed that tipping was mandatory when paying. This creates an uncomfortable situation for customers as they may feel pressured or coerced into tipping, diminishing the overall satisfaction of their experience.
Lastly, a customer praised the specific hairdresser, Shana, for giving them the perfect haircut they had been wanting for a long time. However, they mentioned that the salon in general could use some updating, indicating that the physical aesthetics of the salon may be outdated, potentially impacting the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, while Hairstyle Place offers affordable pricing and quick service, there are several notable weaknesses that emerge from the comments. These weaknesses include poor communication, inconsistency in haircuts, unprofessional behavior, and potential management issues. Addressing these areas of concern would greatly improve the overall customer experience and reputation of Hairstyle Place.

Best KBFKR Reviews

The only place I will get my hair cut. Men's cut is just $15 and the service is always quick. Would recommend to all.
This place will always be the most awful haircut place in Enid Oklahoma. I took my son there, asked the lady to do a long fade on my son, and leave the top longer. She scalped him, almost all his hair was gone. I went up to her because I did not like how short it was, I asked her to stop cutting because it was too short now, she looked at me and continued to cut his hair. So I unplugged her clippers, the rest of you told me to let her finish cutting his hair. What hair?!? She already shaved it off. On top of that, my son is 3, if you ask him to sit up better he will. No place of business should ever pick up a child and slam them back in the chair to straighten up. Or grab his head the way she was. We got home, noticed my sons head had been cut due to the clippers. I called and told another person what had happened today, and they tell me that they’ve had problems with her before. Okay, so why in the h*ll is she working there still.
My sister went today, she has amazing curly hair, she had products in it, one of your workers were so disrespectful, talking about I’d be embarrassed if I didn’t brush my hair before hand, it just adds more work for us. Isn’t that your job? Aren’t you hairstylists? And talking about her to other customer. So disrespectful, And on top of that she went home sent me a pic and her hair is 3 different lengths. Explain that? Y’all are the most disrespectful, unprofessional, place ever.
They did a really good job on my son's hair. The removal of one star was for 2 reasons 1.) They need to ask the client if it's alright for a new hair stylist to cut their hair instead of starting it and telling the person they're brand new.
2.) The girls had been there all day due to staff shortage and they were going to close earlier than their posted signs. They did not put a sign on the door to inform guest of this. They would let them know when they came in. They were not customer friendly on this point and instead of apologizing to the customers for the inconvenience they got defensive over their reasons for closing early. I understand their reasons but they should have has been more customer friendly in this matter.
They did a good job. I was nervous to cut my hair short but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they made it look great. There can be a little bit of a wait, but its not super long. I plan on returning for any future haircuts.
We walked in told them what we wanted and got right in and did 2 people it wasn't that much either the ladies were very nice and friendly
Enid has passed a mask mandate. I went to ProCuts tonight to get my haircut and none of the staff were wearing masks. I have been a loyal customer there for 22 years, but I will be looking for a new place to get my haircut. I called the owner to ask why they weren't wearing masks, and she said that she didn't know about the mask mandate.
Was not happy. The lady who cut my kids hair was terrible. The hair was uneven. When I went to pay they forced you to tip. That made me mad.
Shana cut my hair perfect like I been wanting for a long time. Gave a 4 cuz the salon could use some updating. Otherwise it would of got a 5 star.
