Not recommended for women’s short hair cut.
For those who are getting short hair cut, I recommend finding somewhere else to go get your hair cut. I had to go get my hair fixed and after getting another fixing cut, it still looks uneven on the other side now. I did not bother to drive 30+minutes one way for the third time to go get my hair leveled.
The stylist(Tim) is nice but I don’t know if i can let him cut my hair anymore.
My husband’s hair cut is usually nice so we might go back for my husband’s haircut if we are making other visits to nearby hmart or other matters.
Lady who washed my hair and helped drying my hair was just too tough. I wish she was more soft in taking care of my hair. (Would never want someone like this to touch me ever again.)
Drying hair.. hair dresser should know to use warmer temperature or cooler temperature to dry hair.. please take care of your customers’
hair as yours please. I thought my hair was burning when I was getting my hair dried after the hair cut.
Really shocked me with their service. I have been there a few times to get hair cut regularly. Earlier this week, I tried to call them to make an appointment. The stylist that I always go for hang up on me, because they didn't answer my calls and hang up on me earlier that day, and I tried to ask him why they did that.
Just to clarify, I'm respectful to people and I do pay 18-20% tips every time I go. And because I asked him why you guys hang up on me, he hang up my phone. WOW
I loved this place, quick, simple, easy and very friendly people! My moms been here for around 5 years and it was finally my turn to try it out and gee, it was really nice! I love my hair and when they wash your hair it’s very quick, nice, and like a massage. Would recommend ????

Bad service. I walked in while the front desk lady was putting down an appointment so I waited. Afterwards, she looked at me and started going on her phone completely ignoring me. One of the stylists told her in Korean to attend to me but she ignored me and walked away to the back and the stylist told me in English that they were full if I didn’t have an appointment thinking I didn’t speak Korean so I walked out. I don’t understand how someone with such bad service could be at the front desk.
Great hair cut place, they all are professional hair designer. make sure you make appointment before walk in.
They were good and professional, but they asked for too many tips. Even though I paid them in cash, they wanted me to pay in cash.
I wish they were a little more accommodating of reservations. The mens cut was $25 and took me about 20minutes total
