Just got my nails done, I’m so beyond pleased. The woman I had Lana (i probably really messed her name up,sorry!!) so amazing I cannot express how happy I am with my nails. She also did my eyebrows and did the most amazing job. Highly recommend her! I will only be coming back for her!!
This is a beautiful establishment, but the quality of their product is horrible. The gel started peeling the next day. Although the tech I had was friendly the one my 86 year old grandmother had was very impatient. It was her very first pedicure ever and the woman made the experience less than great. I won't be returning and it's a shame because I live 5 minutes from here.
My wife and I have been coming here ever since the grand opening and we've received excellent service everytime. The folks are nice and percise when it comes to professionalism. We enjoy our time there along with some of the fun conversations with the technicians. Would definitely recommend!
I’ve used this nail salon for a while. I’m usually not a negative reviewer. However, today is different!
First of all, they told me when I made my appointment that my nail technician
( Mary ) that I have used from the beginning no longer worked there. She was clearly sitting there doing nails when I walked in today. Secondly, the guy ( Tim ) that done my nails today was extremely rough when I asked him to slow down a bit, he seem very rushed. He said “you slow down “. The nail technician that done my pedicure ( Helen ) was also very rushed and when I left her a $10 tip, she turned around like she was not satisfied. Either of them said thank you. They speak Vietnamese like any Americans don’t understand their language. I do understand Vietnamese and I clearly was saddened by them talking about me. I maybe only 1 customer. But they’ve lost my business !!
Alice and Lisa were AWESOME!!! the staff was friendly service was amazing made me feel so comfortable and the prices were affordable can’t complain at all will definitely go back

The manicure and pedicure that I had were done with great enthusiasm and professionalism. The pedicure especially was very relaxing. However, not everyone speaks good English and it created some communication issues
