Best place to get laser hair removal. Already seeing results in the first 3 sessions. Love Soudi and Farah at the front. Both are such lovely ladies. If your not already there please go soon

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WASTE OF MONEY:

I paid for a full body hair removal 6 sessions and my technician was Sudi. While she did a good job being hospitable, I was upset by the lack of empathy and patience when I voiced my concerns. I was extremely disappointed to see that my hair didn’t decrease even 30% after 4 treatments and my facial hair got much worse than I ever had (even before surgery)! Just for context, I am South Asian and have relatively thick hair. I asked Sudi and the owner of grandeur laser why this was happening and they were EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL and RUDE. Instead of addressing my concerns and explaining what may be the issue, they become passive aggressive and said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t give me any refund or discount, INSTEAD they actually made me pay full price for my session by taking away the discount I initially had on the treatments.

0/10 RECOMMENDATION….never go to this place because they are all nice until something goes wrong and you are asking hard questions. I REGRET spending my time and money there. I am going to a new laser place and have seen much better results and better customer service.

One of the best laser and skin care clinics in the NOVA area! Not only do they offer great prices for the services, but the staff are kind, attentive, and skilled in their practice. I usually have MJ do laser hair removal. She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Highly recommend Grandeur for anyone looking to enhance their already naturally beautiful selves!

Overall I have had an amazing experience at this clinic. Soudi is great at what she does and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Front desk and the owner are also very friendly and desire the best for their customers. I have recommended their services to multiple of my friends already.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice, especially Farah. She provides a clean and positive environment and is very friendly and knowledgeable too. I’ve went to two laser salons before coming to Grandeur and this one is my favorite by far. I felt comfortable with Farah right away and have been with her ever since. I can only recommend it and have anytime someone asked me about laser hair removal.

This place is very clean and nice. The technician that does the laser hair removal is super nice and has great customer service skills. HOWEVER, the receptionist from this place is awful. She has no patience for questions and has ghastly customer service skills and tact. I had some questions about a groupon I had bought and she treated me as if I was a moron, she snapped at me and kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak. She was extremely condescending too. All this while I was calmed and just trying to figure out how to get my money back so I could buy services directly with them. I understand that if a client is belligerent, she has to deal with the situation but I was calm and she still made a scene. If she doesn’t have patience to deal with clients, maybe she should be in the back dealing with books. I’ve also heard her argue with clients on the phone. This looks very distasteful for the establishment. Once I’m done with my 3 appointments, this place is not getting any more business from me.

It’s a shame, cause the technician is awesome!
