I always usually go to got nails for my gel acrylics preferably with Elaine because she by far has the most experience with acrylics. Today like usual i went with my friend but Elaine hadn’t been working, i chose to do a SIMPLE nail idea (coffin shape and the color was light pink) no difficult designs or anything. I showed an exact picture of what i wanted but walked out with something completely different because i was too frustrated to say anything to the nice lady. I am not upset with the lady that did my nails today that wasn’t my usual nail tech but however if you aren’t the best at certain nail styles please speak up and say that it’s not your expertise rather than letting the shy customer walk out with less money and something they aren’t happy with. Chair #5 did this work. Absolutely disgusted with my nails. Got a pedicure + gel polish on my toes and a full gel set on my nails, paying $10 each of the rhinestone nail. In total it came to $100 + the 20% tip I gave. This is what I got. I’m not even sure how this place has a 4.3 rating. Not to mention my nails are extremely thick. This really isn’t acceptable work and I’ll never be going here again.

As you can see, my nails aren’t the same size, the same length, or the same shape smh. Let’s hope I can find a salon to fix these hideous, poorly designed nails.

Updated review 2/28/2023: the gel polish started cracking and peeling after 3 days, almost all the polish was gone by the end of the week. This was very disappointing. Considering the price I expected it to last much longer.

I bin going there for 15 years never disappointed friendly clean happy to see you always making sure you're ok looking after every one never a wait time and if there is one it's worth the wait. Elaine (not sure if spelling is correct) has done my acrylic nail manicure and also a pedicure just this evening and took so much time to give me an amazing experience and it was very relaxing and some people will rush through it but she took her time to make sure that I was able to enjoy the entire experience and I got a French tip and she made them look beautiful! I've been to got nails many times and each time is very good I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you guys so much will be back very soon

I had the best pedicure I have every had and I am 60!! Get pedis & manis every month!! Lee was excellent I choose volcano pedicure love it 2 hours of pure relaxation and beautiful nail!!
