If you have this company as your tsp with the government. Ask for someone else. I moved in over a year ago and the company made damages to my residence. Still to this day,the matter is not resolved. I have provided proof showing this was acknowledged by the team lead and Pictures. When they company finally sent someone to view the damages, he's stated we made the damages. So I had to provide the proof of such lies. Here I am well into a year and still have not had the repairs made that are needed. To top it all off they reached out to my landlord to try to fix the damages and my landlord said they need to coordinate through me. Now I get a letter stating from the movers insurance company they were told they didn't make the damages. So here I have to go again provide proof on how this is inaccurate and beyond false.
As stated in my beginning I have worked for transportation and I have got to say this goes against there contract in working with the government.
I have been lied too, strung along, recieved lack of communication, not provide what is required.if I could give 0 stars I would.
If I could give zero I would. Goods were supposed to be delivered yesterday, then was promised today. Now it looks like that is a lie too. Calling every 20 minutes because no one is calling us back.
