I've been going here since I was a kid. They do great ice cream. I have always had the café glacé, which is the best in Brussels in my opinion! It's always quite busy as soon as the sun is out. Highly recommend.
Nice ice cream as I remembered from many years ago but you can only order from the window not possible to dine in ???? not because of covid restrictions but the owner doesn't want to. Opening hours wrong also it seems only open till 18:00.
Great ice cream, very nice and innovative flavors. They are not always punctual with the opening hours though, there were times that I left without ice cream because they didn't open at 1:30 pm and I had to be back from my lunch break.
This place have the best ice cream in Brussels, hands down. All their ice cream is made on the premises and their recipes are their own, no artificial flavours. Everyone working there is friendly and lovely to talk to.
Seriously though try the banana flavour.

Ice cream is just fair. Service definitely impolite, they do not accept any card and do not release receipts. Cleanliness is ok.
