Fries are very good. There was a huge line to order and I waited 30 minutes to get fries. I guess it is a very popular place. It was not worth the wait though.
After coming here for months I was suddenly told I could no longer use my payment card from a main Belgian bank, this after giving an order of over 65€. Don't get me wrong, the chips are excellent but I struggle to understand how a business could exclude such a major payment option. No alternative was provided other than payment via cash or app, neither of which I had on hand. As a result I was forced to find an alternative source of chips, which culminated in a rather unfortunate episode in the loo afterwards.
The best fries you can get! The portions are amazing and the quality is the best you’ve ever had.
The food is OK but the chips could be cooked a bit longer and the amount of beef stew could be a bit more generous compared to the amount of fries but price was OK.
Great fun food. Asked some locals to help order and it was worth it. If you are in the area and after a real Belgian feed it's certainly worth it.
Stoofvlees had no meat at all and fries were pretty blant although they are handmade on the spot.
