If you're a local, you already know this place as it is a fixture in the centre of Paliseul with traditional twice-cooked Belgian chips. If you're a tourist and looking for some fast, cheap local tradition this is a great place to go. You can sit in the restaurant to have your chips with any of the traditional snacks, or if you want a bit more of a meal try the carbonnades, a traditional dark caramelized beef stew that really hits the spot.
