This was my go to salon! But this most recent time, i was the last appointment at 6pm… they were clearly in a rush to get home, they rushed my nails horribly.. the length and even width on some nails are completely uneven, nail polish is patchy.. when paying $82 for nails you atleast expect them to be even. Im extremely upset and will go back to luxury nails cause although they are pricy.. nails are on point everytime. Very upset foxy, i really liked yall.
They were nice and did the design I wanted but I wanted gel nails and they did acrylic with gel overlay, and I was told it was 45 dollars for a full set and after my nails were completely done and I went to pay it ended up being 61 dollars because of the design I wasn't told it would be more
Went to get a a color change no chip manicure and the male technician cut up my cuticles, all the fingers of my left hand and two on my right are cut up from the file, my thumb being the worst. This has never happened to me before, maybe it was just my technician but I will not be going back.
We have been going for over 3 years and each visit I walk out loving my nails. The pedicures are so relaxing.
They say walk-ins welcome well this is the third time I've walked into this establishment to get my nails done and they said okay and then I tell him I want a full set and they say no not right now. Three times. My schedule is so topsy-turvy that I can't make an appointment but they shouldn't advertise walking welcome if they don't service you when you walk in.
Traveling and broke about half the acrylic off one finger, from tip to nail bed. It was catching on everything. I called around town this is the only place that could get me in. The young lady that fixed my nail was very gentle and efficient. Wish I could have her do my nails all the time. Thank you!!
I really wanted to love this salon. The service was nice and I left with high hopes. My stepdaughter and I both had Mani/pedis w shellac $179. Hers chipped that very day and my toes just in two days, fingers in 3 days. Shellac usually lasts 2 weeks min for me when done at other salons. Disappointed.
I've recently returned to Foxy Nails 2 and they really upgraded their services! My nails are beautiful, my eye brows look great! The customer service was on point! Thank you to the young lady who made my whole day! ❤️
