I took my two dogs here for a grooming and when I arrived to pick them up didn’t even recognize my one dog. I was told he was matted so they shaved him. When I questioned why I wasn’t informed that this was happening I was told they did what was best for my pup. They didn’t seem to care I was upset. Upon talking to friends they said the same thing happened to them. So I guess if you want your dog shaved this is your place but not sure they know another cut.

They have a better price than most people. However the place was very dirty. I do not like to give bad reviews so I’m giving them a 3 star.

Had my 3 dogs for a regular bath and blow dry. My dogs aren't groomed often but they always do a thorough job. I walked in and could hear a staff member cuddling and making kissy noises at my dog on the other side of the door.

My husband and I were very nervous about finding a new groomer because of the bad luck we’ve had in the past but we still wanted to give them a chance. I’m so glad we did because this experience was wonderful. We came in, Christy was so sweet and professional (which is rare). We showed her pictures of the cut we wanted and she delivered 100%. There was another worker in there but I feel horrible I didn’t get her name. Only took 45 minutes, when we got there we were so excited to see our little baby she looked amazing! They will definitely be our new groomers! Welcoming environment, professional, and everything for a reasonable price! 10/10!

My wife and I always take or 4 pups here the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are very reasonable and the fact that they do walk in nail trimming makes all the difference, we won’t go anywhere else but Fly Dogs
