Loved my experience. My nail tech was so gentle removing my previous SNS manicure and made sure not to damage my natural nails. He was also very polite. Only wish I would have asked him his name. My nails are exactly what I asked for!

If I could put zero stars I would. I just went to this place to get my eyebrows done because it is close to where I live and the lady cut my hair while doing my eyebrows on purpose! I felt her messing with my hair while she was doing my brows but I thought she was just moving my hair out of the way but nope she grabbed the scissors and cut my hair and then continued doing my eyebrows. I do not recommend!

My brain did the thing where it protects me from the painful (literally) visit to this place, until I just found the pic in my camera roll. All that I needed was my SNS removed, simple enough. The lady grabbed the box with the acrylics and began prying the polish off. I had a few that were peeling off so I didn’t say anything about those 2. You would think when she felt resistance she would know to try another technique for those nails, well... the picture speaks for itself. She ripped my actual nail off. I had to tell her to stop. Will never return.

I went in to schedule an appointment for a mani/pedi. Much to my surprise, LANCY who normally does my services was available, so she took me right then. As always, Lancy did great job on my mani and my pedi. Watkins are definitely welcome!

Very sweet staff but the day after I got my sns fill in I had 2 nails break. I went and got those fixed and later that day another breaks. I have never gotten my nails done and then break that quick. I paid over $70 including a $20 tip so no nails should have broken that fast.

Awful. I got my nails done today for a fill in. The lady who did my nails cut every one of my fingers and all the products afterwards burned my fingers. My design nails the one looks fine but the one on my left hand looks awful. I had her fix it and then she re did it and it looks just as bad. The gel and acrylic does not even go down the sides of my nail. My gel polish is streaky. I would 100% not recommend this place! Not worth $46 dollars or my time!

I was looking for a nail salon close to where I work and found this gem. I was extremely impressed. They treated me with respect and kindness. I enjoyed chatting with my nail technician. Everyone was friendly. The service was excellent, as I love the SNS nails that I got. And believe me, I am critical because my regular nail salon was voted best in Charlotte for three years running. But I am very happy with this place and I will become a regular customer. I strongly recommend. I do not understand the negative reviews.

I’ve been coming here for close to a year and they do a great job! Everyone is welcoming and my wait minimal (if there is one). The place is clean and provides great service. As a Mom, this is my ‘me time’ and I feel great after leaving here. I highly recommend Fendi Nails.
