Overall very happy with my visit.
Went in for a gel manicure and normal paint pedicure. Ended up getting tips and dip for the first time because my nails were broken and short.
Pedicure was nice, always wish for a stronger massage and heel treatment but every place is different and I’m particular.
Nails came out beautifully after sharing an IG post for inspo! Got an ombré frosted tip! First time with these nails and can’t wait to show them off. Very nice male tech, friendly and polite.

She didn’t have the capability to do acrylic then I should have been given to someone who can. They were extremely rude about resolution. No discount and gave attitude when asked to fix it. Will

Everyone here does good work. I followed Mike from a different nail salon, he's the best.
They have lots of services but I always get ANC/Dip.
AND they actually do appointments if you want as well as fitting in walk-ins.
I had to keep correcting the person doing my nails about the shape. Left my nail surface bumpy and the nail design I asked for (french tip with a simple line underneath) was subpar. Also kept going over my skin with the e-drill and said that it’s because I’m getting acrylic, and that I shouldn’t get acrylic anymore (I had actually asked for a gel base.) But I have wider nail beds so I know that wasn’t the problem. Also left black gel all over my hands and in my cuticle, and when I was walking back to the chair to ask if she could take the gel that was on my hands off after washing my hands, she had filled in the seat so I would just leave. It seemed like she was more interested in quickly finishing my nails to get more clients in rather than the quality of her work.. Disappointing because I had heard good reviews, and I was really excited to get my nails done so I was looking forward to going:(
As a walk-in I did not have to wait long for my pedicure and the pedicure itself came out fine. However, the woman who did it simply rinsed the tools with water she had used on a previous client and proceeded to use them on me. I watched her do this for the next girl after me. I’m not sure if it’s only her who does this, but regardless that is NOT SANITARY at all.

If giving less than one star was possible, I would have. I went to this salon today to get a fill and French manicure with gel polish. Initially, the guy doing my nails was very rough with the efile, so much so my nail beds were burning. I asked several times for him to be careful and he wasn’t happy with me about that. He rushed through the acrylic application and buffing. I asked him to do the white tip a certain way even provided a picture. Once the white was on one hand, I had a look and it wasn’t at all what I’d asked for. He wasn’t happy with me again (because how dare I get what I want when I’m paying for it!) and said he’d get someone else to paint the white. Showed her the same picture. She did what SHE wanted to do which again didn’t match the picture. To be clear, the picture had the sides of the white come up the mail more with a very pronounced smile line. She basically drew a straight line. When she asked it it was “ok”, I simply said it’s still not what I asked for. Her response was for me to go someplace else! Are you kidding me!? $45 for a manicure that looks like my 3 year old nephew did it. Find another place, this one is horrendous
I use to love going to this salon. It is very clean. However I have been here a few times and today will be my last. They are very expensive, which I happily paid for the cleanliness. However, I made an appointment and was a few minutes late and then had to wait as if an appointment was never made. On prior visit I have had in consistent service. No massage/paraffin even though it is it built into their high prices. If you think you think you need an extra coat of nail polish forget it. Not happening. Also they play KLOVE Christian music which is not really appealing to a diverse community. This was my last visit. I will not be back.
