First and last time I will go to this place. I almost got a piece of my pinky finger clipped off by fingernail clippers. The tech was very rough while taking off gel nails. Which by the way she recommended that I have all my nails redone which I had no problem with that. Sure, accidents can happen but this is your job that you perform all day long. Pay attention to detail and slow down. I am hoping she gave me gel nails because she did not go through the many steps that I am use to. I really think she gave me acrylic nails. In less than five days the gel polish is peeling. In conclusion I was not happy with the tech, her performance nor her professionalism.

Lee and Kim are awesome. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I always feel welcome to be there.

Quick, friendly, and sanitary!

I've been going here off and on for 20+ years, and keep coming back. The ladies are friendly, and the current owner always remembers my name no matter how long its been since my last visit. Today's mani/pedi and eyebrow wax were done by Snow..... she's very professional, friendly, and quick without rushing.

Great customer service and they do a great job on manicures and pedicures too.

Been coming here for years! Love all 4 ladies, and the work that they do! Please tip your nail techs, they work so hard! And if you come just to complain about the prices by negotiating, just stay home! They do an amazing job, very consistent and patient! I usually always want nail deigns and they are always so open to try anything I want with no hesitation! Love these women and everything they do, they always go the extra mile to really learn each customer.

As a walk-in I was taken within 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. Kim did an excellent job on pedicure even removing ingrown nails. No negative comments from staff. I will be back.

I have been going to this salon on and off since I was 8 years old and I will never be back after my last experiance. I come in every two weeks spending over 100 bucks each visit and I tip well. I came in on 3/24 for a fill in and I brought a friend whom I was paying for. As we walk in the co owner was painting her nails it was around 12 pm and we awkwardly stood around and waited for her to finish painting her nails. The salon was empty and she grunted at my friend to sit down no greeting nothing. My friend wants a cat eye look and the woman starts yanking the acrylics of my friends nails damaging them without any regard for her comfort. She ignored my friends cries of pain and started to berate her. At this point I'm horrified and I ask the woman what the issue is she doesn't answer and finishes my friends nails they are chunky and crooked the cat eye wasn't done correctly. I go to finish my pedicure my friend sits next to me and the woman yells at her and tells her she can't use the massage chair because she's not getting a pedicure. I've been going here years I've never seen her disrespect a client like this and I was shocked I pulled my feet out of the water and said we wouldn't be back. The woman proceeded to charge us triple for the services a fill in with white acrylic and sloppy cat eye set she ended up charging us $130 I didn't even want to pay for the abuse and terrible work. I have also gotten fungal issues from the pedicure tubs . Please don't spend your hard earned money to be abused go somewhere else if they will disrespect a years long client they will disrespect anyone

Horrible service...left immediately...wouldn't let me pick out a color...on their terms...I am paying them and expect respect...I refuse to pay someone for abuse....How do they stay in business with that of treatment...Don't go there or get that older woman for sure...I don't know if she owns it...but she definitely doesn't need to be working with the public!!!!
