I’m a loyal customer, I get my eyebrows threaded by the young woman who is out on maternity leave. I went in today and some worker literally threaded out an entire chunk of my eyebrow. My eyebrows are naturally thicker with a good shape, I told her I don’t want them thin, just cleaned up. She made them thin as sphagetti noodles then had the nerve to charge me when I complained. This is disastrous! I have photos on Monday now I have to hire someone else to fix them. Do not waste your money.
My experience was pretty bad. The service was rude . After I told the woman I did not like my eyebrows she got frustrated with me and bascilly told me there was nothing she can do about it . I would recommend going to brow spa across from rainbow instead they ladies do an amazing job and they are polite . She did not take long at all and she took her time to get it how I want it . I’m happy with bra spa and will continue to get my eye brows done there .
I was there several weeks ago, the lady seemed more into her drink and book. The experience was rushed and done poorly. I was tossed a mirror and she walked away. Due to the lighting it looked ok, but when I got home, my eyebrows still were not finished there were multiple places that were missed. Do to my working schedule, it is hard for me to get back to redo them. I went to Brow Spa by Sears and they listened to me and took there time with what I wanted. At the two week mark from getting them done at Evergreen, they already needed to be done again. Thank you Brow Spa.
My daughter & her friend got a Henna tattoo here today, our 1st time here. My daughter smudged hers, pretty good. Came back to get another, the lady redid another one, free of charge. Awesome, friendly staff. Thank you for great customer service.
Lol y’all they take your money without you knowing if you don’t or forget to tip them they just tip themselves. As y’all know threading eyebrows is $12 I checked my bank account and it said clearly that she charged me $12 but like one day after it said $16 I was like yeah okay I have screenshots of my bank account. I would just not recommend coming here.
The shop owner was rude and disrespectful. She was yelling and screaming at myself my husband and my sister. After we just paid for a henna tattoo that wasn’t done like the one in the picture. I wouldn’t recommend no one to use their services the owner is rude and only said something to my family because they were black. DO NOT GO HERE
She did such a good job on tinting and threading! Eyebrows are the perfect color
