Wonderful experience! Made an appointment—very little wait time. Staff was very friendly and did a thorough job. Very nice people! Enjoyed it! And definitely will be back!
I am from the Raleigh, NC area and down for the month. I checked all the reviews on line and was pleasantly surprised by all the rave reviews on Elite. I arrived at opening, with no appointment. and they were already busy with, what seemed to be, regular customers. They were very cordial to me as I waited maybe 30 minutes.
David was the technician that gave me a dip over my brittle nails. During my procedure several people came in and they seemed to know them all by first name as they welcomed them. I thought to myself, this is a great place.
Elite nails is vedry clean, David and his wife run the business and are very, very cordial. There was a 3rd technician also working. My major take away was the cleanliness and their very cordial personality. No offense intended, I loved that they didn't speak a language that I didn't understand to each other.
My dip was $37, my experience was well worth a $10 tip and recommendations to anyone I come in contact with. I already have a friend who has made an appointment next week.

I didn’t catch his name - but my technician was AMAZING. I was visiting a friend who lives on the island, and just popped in right before closing on a Friday. He took my old dip off, and replaced it with THIN!!! dip that made my nails feel so lite. It is the thinnest dip I’ve ever gotten and I’m in love. He also took amazing care of cuticles - they are still feeling great almost a month later. I’m at 27 days and my nails look just like they did when I left.
I’m currently throwing an adult temper tantrum that this phenomenal tech is 5 hours away from my home.
If you’re in St Simons and can get by to see him- run, don’t walk!

I've gotten many acrylic sets from here over the past couple of years from David. All of them have been amazing! This place is my go-to and always meets all of my expectations of a great nail salon.
The only place I go to get my nails and toes done. They are the Best place to go on Saint Simons Island! Very professional and never disappoint. They are also so great with appointments and always do their best to fit me in when needed. Best customer service as well! I have never had a bad experience at all. I highly recommend.
Jennie and David at Elite Nails are awesome, great people! The new salon is beautiful. They have a lot of colors and Jennie is great with designs. They have been doing my nails off and on for 8 yrs. I've tried other places but I always come back to her and David! I will definitely go back!
My mom went down to St Simon Island to enjoy her graduation and we booked an appointment as a surprise for her. When they got to the salon the workers were very rude, and not helpful. The one going to work on my moms pedi basically tossed the color selections at her, and wouldn’t answer my sisters questions. They don’t get mani pedis very often so it’s expected for people to have questions. The environment was not welcoming at all. Maybe it was a bad day, but if you’re in a service industry you can still treat your next guest with kindness. They ended up leaving due to how rude the staff was.
