Quick Facts About Elite Barber Shop

Elite Barber Shop, based on the comments above, has both strengths and weaknesses. This analysis will delve into these aspects in detail.
One of the biggest strengths of Elite Barber Shop is its reputation as the best barber shop in town. This is evident from the comment that states someone drives for an hour just to get a haircut at this place. This clearly indicates that the quality of service provided by the barbershop is exceptional and worth the extra effort to travel to. Additionally, the comment highlights the friendly environment and clean shop, which adds to the overall positive experience. These factors contribute to the reputation and success of the barbershop.
Another strength of Elite Barber Shop is the skills and expertise of the barbers. Comments mention that all the barbers are very nice and do a great job with haircuts. One customer even specifically praises a barber named Carlo for his attention to detail, symmetrical haircuts, and straight razor skills. These qualities demonstrate the professionalism and talent of the barbers working at Elite Barber Shop.
Furthermore, the affordability of the services provided by Elite Barber Shop is mentioned as a strength. A comment states that compared to other barbershops in the area, this one is reasonably priced and offers a good value for the quality of the haircut. Finding a barbershop that offers both quality and affordability is a significant advantage for customers.
However, despite these strengths, there are also weaknesses that can affect the customers' experience at Elite Barber Shop. One of the most prominent weaknesses is the poor customer service described in a negative comment. The customer recounts a negative experience of waiting for an extended period of time, being made to feel unwelcome, and witnessing preferential treatment towards regular customers. This highlights a lack of professionalism and customer service that can lead to a negative impression of the barbershop.
In addition, the comment also mentions a lack of effective communication between the barber and the customer. The customer expresses discontent with the barber's lack of communication throughout the haircut and the absence of any interaction or feedback at the end of the service. This lack of communication can make the customer feel disregarded and dissatisfied with their experience.
Another weakness that can be inferred from the comments is the lack of organization and time management. Multiple comments mention waiting for a significant amount of time before receiving service, suggesting that the barbershop may not have an efficient appointment system or may struggle with managing customer flow. This can lead to frustration and inconvenience for customers who expect timely service.
Moreover, a negative comment emphasizes the lack of diversity and inclusion at Elite Barber Shop. The comment states that mainly Spanish is spoken at the barbershop, making it difficult for customers who do not speak the language to communicate effectively. This creates a barrier for potential customers and limits the accessibility of the barbershop to a wider audience.
In conclusion, Elite Barber Shop has several strengths, such as its reputation as the best barber shop in town, the skills of the barbers, and the affordability of its services. However, there are also weaknesses, including poor customer service, lack of effective communication, issues with organization and time management, and a possible language barrier for non-Spanish speaking customers. It is essential for Elite Barber Shop to address these weaknesses and build upon its strengths to improve the overall customer experience and maintain its positive reputation in the community.

BEST BARBER SHOP IN TOWN. Drive an hour or so just to get hair cut at this place. Absolutely worth it. The environment is friendly, the shop is clean and it’s all around a great experience! 6 stars if I could
All the barbers are very nice
The do a great job beutiful hear cuts ✂️
Malisima experiencia, llamas para hacer cita llegas y no te atienden, esperas para ver si te atienden y tampoco después te dicen que ya es tarde y que atenderán al otro día ????????????????
Moved to Hasbrouck Heights back in January and wasn't aware this place existed - so I ended up going to places like Super Cuts for trash haircuts. Finally one day I came across them and thank god I did. The guys there are real cool, and their haircuts are great. Carlo, in particular, is fantastic. My man takes his time with your hair, pays attention to detail, makes everything symmetric on both sides, and his straight razor skills are ???? For 27$ & the style & attention I get for my haircuts I highly reccomend.
After moving from NYC to NJ it was hard finding the right barbershop. Every shop I went to it was either too pricey, unhappy with the cut, unhappy with the products or styles they used. I'm so glad I found Elite. The price, the cut, the barber's personality, so thankful. I strongly recommend this spot for any cut.
Horrible, I went and had to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins to finally sit in the chair. I finally sat in the chair with guy who cuts hair all the way at the end, I told him I wanted a mid skin fade and even out the top, he then responds with “ why you have to be so difficult?”, then mid way when he was trying to figure out how to cut my hair he sucked his teeth sort of annoyed at the fact that he was struggling to cut my hair the way I wanted it. Later on he had a friend who greeted him that was sitting right beside him, thinking I didn’t speak Spanish he told his friend “ this cut is difficult man” , Absolute horrible experience never going back there again.
Great shop, awesome cut. Did a medium fade exactly how a barber should. Took a long time in the chair is my only complaint, barber could talk a little less and cut a little more. But other than that no complaints, definitely will return if ever in the area again.
If you’re a new customer – don’t bother going in. Find another barber shop!
I went here on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm, they close at 3pm. As soon as I walked in, there was 2 people waiting in front of me. No one greeted or addressed me (they pretty much mainly speak Spanish there). I assumed they acknowledged I was there for a haircut, so I took a seat on the bench. I hear one of the barber’s annoyed saying they need to lock the door (to prevent more customers from coming in). Then another customer comes in after me, and they tell him to come back tomorrow (this is still before 2pm)! Apparently, they don’t want any more business for the day. They then proceed to lock the front door. Then I see a couple of “regulars” come in through the back door and they get prioritized ahead of the 2 other people waiting. Again, not sure if they had an appointment or not, but nothing was communicated and they go ahead and get their haircut. I waited as I was the last person still waiting, finally this guy who I believe was the owner, tells me to come to his chair. I told him the haircut I want and he acknowledges. He starts cutting my hair and only once through the whole 15-20 mins did he point my seat in the direction of the mirror to see what he was doing. Even at the end when he finished, he didn’t say a word to me and just took off the cape and told me I was done. I immediately went to the mirror and checked out the cut. It was okay (I’m not really that picky when it comes to my haircut), but still, would appreciate the courtesy. Anyways, he decides to charge me for the higher price fade cut even though, it was a regular haircut. Didn’t use a cash register or anything…basically just pocketed the money. I already knew I was never coming back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE if you’re not a regular here. There’s plenty of other small business barber shops in the Lodi area that deserve the business. I can’t imagine this place staying in business in the long run.
