It’s a great local salon. I enjoy the staff there! If there was a men’s nail salon nearby I might try it out, but elegant works out well, and they do a good job! It’s a great “date morning” activity for my wife and I, when we want pedicures.
We were able to walk in and be helped. My nails turned out awesome, but my friends were kinda chunky and she wasn't happy.
The lady that did my nails charged me for so much taking about deep will last longer. The nails looked huge and didn’t even last a week. And she charged me $5 more to fix one nail that was damaged when it broke down after 3days. Wouldn’t mention that race played a part but unfortunately it did ????

Over priced and mediocre work. But was available short notice for a wedding I was attending. So thankful for that.
I came in as a work in. The lady they had help me did not seem excited that I was coming as a work in. I came in to get a fill. She did not take off all the previous nail polish. She would not make them a square shape. She told me they look better rounded, but that’s her opinion and not what I asked for. When she asked me if the length was ok, I asked for them to be a little shorter. This seemed to piss her off and then she let out an audible sigh and grabbed my hand. It’s been a week and my nails are already lifting. I will not be going back. They shouldn’t offer the walk in service if they are going to give poor service to those that do.
The staff was all super friendly, and I absolutely love my nails.
I use to love going to this place I would always leave a happy customer but lately they’ve been overbooking themselves to the point where they don’t take their time to actually make sure they’re completing their task at hand they rush to get the next person in that they don’t do such a good job to make sure the finished nails actually look good and up to par for the customer. Their also now making you sign a sheet stating you can’t complain if you don’t like the outcome of your service which is ridiculous! It only comes to show how many unhappy customers they’ve had! 3 out the 6-7 employees they have there are actually good but never available. I’m extremely upset and will not be going back here.
