I wish I could put a no-star rating. I came in for a mani/pedi. The one doing my toes wasn't particularly friendly but she didn't hurt me and I liked how my toes turned out. But the one who did my nails cut me on four fingers. I asked her to stop and told them I didn't want to pay. I'm a nurse, so I'm always washing my hands and using hand sanitizer. Cuts on the fingers are going to continue stinging which I don't look forward to. I didn't end up paying, but they offered no discounts on my pedi or future visits. I get people to make mistakes, but they could have tried to help the situation by offering my pedi free/discounted or future service, just to keep my business. I would have preferred to have my mani without issue, but leaving with no resolution and tender fingers (two of which keep bleeding) was a downer and upsetting, to say the least. My daughter has gone there several times without issue, so I don't know, guess I just got a bad one. But the whole business could have attempted to make it right some way. I'm a big reviewer and praise excellent customer service all the time. I rarely have to write these types of reviews, customer experience matters!

Been going here for years! The ladies are great, love everything they do! Nails on point and when I do get my brows done, they look so good! Definitely recommend going to Elegant Nails!

Very passive aggressive when asking for tips, after being tipped 10% .

I apologize, but not feeling comfortable in your presence while getting a pedicure. No need for the petty faces lol I know my feet needed TLC .

DO NOT HONOR THEIR PRICES.

And will end up LYING ????.

I APPRECIATE THE NAILS, but not the experience and will not be returning with my daughter or family.

No need for the whole store to huddle around like Anarchy to determine a price, while I’m steady holding the price Menu.

They WILL just try to capitalize on your money, watch out .

Both ladies were excellent. Nails were done and two with pretty valentines and my feet and legs feel wonderful after massage. I would like both of them next time if they are available.❤️????

I get my nails done 3-4 times a year. This location is convenient for me due to distance. I received a full set with a design and I was not satisfied. I was too embarrassed to show anyone my nails, and too embarrassed to go back to this place to complain. Two days after I went to Prestige Nails across the street and they fixed their mess. Elegant Nails has now lost a client and Prestige nails has now gained a client.

Michael is so lively and makes the place so fun to be at. Ken and Daisy do incredible work, my acrylics always turn out gorgeous and they last weeks! I'm a dog groomer so my hands are constantly wet and getting beat up, but the nails still always last. Definitely recommend this place!
