Walked in and they took me right away which is always nice. First time here and I'm super picky about my nails so wasn't sure. Well, they did a perfect job and we're so nice too! Had the dip manicure, plenty of colors to choose from and flawless service. My new go-to!!
(0 Stars ) I went for an acrylic filling, May attended me, from the beginning she had a bad attitude, I had already read some reviews of her rude behavior but since Tuy was busy l had to let her do my nails, which I regret 2 days later when my nails started to crack for no apparent reason however l could notice that she applied a very thin layer of acrylic which was obviously not strong enough to last at least 2 weeks, l had to go back to get my 2 broken nails fixed May did it very badly she kept saying it's my fault and that l should make me a new set, l wonder if that's the way they are making money, they do a bad job so you have to come back and then they want to do a more expensive job for you, after a few days more other nails began to break , but this time l did not come back to that place. I paid 80 bucks for an acrylic filling that lasted 2 days, by the way always check the values that they charge you, more than twice l was being charged an extra $20 or $30 more than the price they show on the menu. I do not recommend it at all, very bad experience :(
So I really liked my pedicure but my manicure was just awful. These people are very nice people but I chose a color that was tan and, while it looks tan in the pictures, it came out pink on my nails. There was polish on my fingers, some parts of my nails weren't even polished, and my nails looked like they needed filled right after I had them done. I probably won't be back.
La primara vez todo muy bien pero cuando fui a mi relleno , la persona que me atendió no sabía hacer diseños y fueron 45 dlls le pague con $50 dlls y no me regreso el cambio ósea el solo se estaba cobrando la propina y eso no me gusto aparte mis uñas se me quebraron a los días ! Tenía una mano bien y la otra sin uñas fui y me dijeron que me las pondrían pero me dejaron esperando por una hora y mejor fui al lugar de siempre. Aparte de que aquí te atienden y ven atender a otras clientas y luego regresan contigo eso no me gusta no quieren perder clientes y dejan de atender bien a otras clientas.
They were so rude , told me that they were not open for me anymore and to not come back to them because they won’t provide me a service ? I have social anxiety and get really nervous in public areas and I went to get my acrylic nails removed. They sat me down and the guy was really aggressive while filing my nails and i told him he was hurting me and he got mad? He continued to file my nails aggressively and told me it was too hard to remove the acrylic, another lady had to come and she got it done faster and gentler which i appreciated. The guy told me to not come back because he won’t help me , which made me really uncomfortable because he wasn’t just joking about it. Also it says it’s 10 dollars to remove nails and he charged me 15, not much of a difference but i found it weird.
I asked for a “gradient/ombré nail from purple to pink with a little white moon (half of a circle). She couldn’t do it and I asked if anyone else that worked there could, she said no. The price said $45 for “happy feet pedi” but I was charged $60.00 (My mother was there too and was charged the same amount but she got her nails done too and the “glitter stars”. I think it was too expensive. Not sure why I was charged more. I can put these same glitter stars on my toes at home. Go somewhere else like Top Nails on Lighthouse!
Got a last minute next day appointment ???? super easy with Mai, so nice, made sure I liked the sizes and shapes she did, overall definitely one of my best nail salon experiences ever!!
My wife showed me a crazy image saying, "I'm going to do this to my nails." I thought "no way". This artist was impressive. Kiley loves this place.
