WORST experience ever. I can’t even see where the acrylic ends and my mail begins, she left a piece of it stuck to the side of my thumb too, and under my nails, I had to file them down myself because my ring finger nail was basically glued with acrylic to the underneath of my finger, also she shoved her nail under mine to detach it from my skin, it hurt so bad I winced in pain, I will NEVER come back. The lady also rushed me out of the chair, brought another customer over to the chair while I was still sitting in it.

always a great experience! I get the gel powder acrylic nails and I have been to Tifanie, Nicki, and Kevin and leave happy every time. Always clean, professional, and friendly staff. they are all super good at what they do, definitely recommend coming here :)

10/10 would not recommend, especially if you have short nails. I had dip with tips when i walked in, and just wanted dip on my natural nails. The tech would not let me get white chrome over my blue after repeatedly asking for it. She said it wouldn't be white. I know that. I told her I've had white over color, and its what I like. She attempted to put a blue chrome over my pinky and it was awful. She attempted to remove it. But my finger was a mess. So I politely asked her to clean it and she said it would wash off. So i washed my hands while I was there, and this is what I still left with... $50 later. There is dip on my fingers, they just look a mess. My friend goes here, so she convinced me to try it, but ill stick with my normal salon a+ in okemos.

Edit- a week later and my top coat has peeled off of 2 nails, and my dip powder chipped super bad on another nail. Never experienced this with dip before.

Got my nails done last Thursday it is now Friday and three of my nails are coming off. The shape was perfect design was absolutely beautiful! I’m just bummed because now I have to get a fill and pay for a fill just to not have my nails look like this. I’m hoping it won’t happen again next time if so I probably won’t be using this service, just too much money for one week of nails.

Was my go to place until the most recent time.

I was taken back and the nail tech started prep work and asks what color gel I wanted. I said, "oh no, I'm getting acrylics" (what I made the appt under as well). She said "Oh, be right back", and she got up and sat down to help someone else. I was left sitting there for 20-30 min before I just got up and left.

Completely unacceptable.

Love going to get my nails done with my mom once a month . Tracy does my nails and does an amazing job each time. All the employees are friendly and always willing to help
